30 Minute�Meal�
Four-Cheese Pasta with Peas and Ham�Ingredients:�-kosher salt�-12 ounces Penne pasta�-1 cup frozen peas�-2 large eggs, plus 1 egg white�-1 cup evaporated milk�-4 tablespoons unsalted butter�-3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese,�grated�-3 ounces part-skim mozzarella�cheese, grated�-3 ounces fontina cheese, grated�-3 ounces deli ham, diced�-1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated�
1. First, boil a large pot of water. Add pasta to boiled water and cook�until its al dente (about eight minutes). Add the peas during�the last two minutes of cooking.�2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and egg whites, then add�evaporated milk, ½ teaspoon of salt and mix together.�3. Drain the peas and pasta then wipe the pot dry. Return peas and pasta�to pot and mix in butter.�4. Add the cheddar, mozzarella, fontina, and egg mixture into the pot.�5. Place the pot on medium-low heat and stir constantly for about�eight to ten minutes.�6. At around 4-5 minutes add ham to the pot. Be cautious to not let�the mixture boil, or it will cause the eggs to scramble.�7. Turn off heat and add the parmesan to the pot.�Enjoy!�

Super Bowl 50 was a match-up between two strong defenses.�Denver’s defense got the best of Cam Newton sacking him�seven times and causing two fumbles. Denver’s offense was�able to capitalize on those two turn-overs turning them into�points. In what might be his last game Peyton Manning�didn’t score any touch downs but came out on top. Denver�won the game 24-10! Denver’s Von Miller was named�Super Bowl MVP with 2.5 sacks. Go Broncos!�
