There are things in life that act as a click in the brain: they enlighten a hidden side of yourself and change your path. !

When this happens there is only one thing to do: to GIVE BACK to the community.

FRIENDRAISINGA strong alumni association makes a stronger business school and increases the value of our degree. !

We want to empower the association, bringing more alumni from all over Italy and at international level, to be part of this community. !

We want more participation also of “senior alumni” who can give career advices, company presentations, business network to the “new graduated” and young generations. ! !

OBJECTIVES❖ Strengthening the relationships between Alumni and the School!

❖ Developing an active and structured community for professional networking!

❖ Fostering the exchange of entrepreneurial and managerial ideas!

❖ Enhancing the opportunities for professional growth and career development!

❖ Offering social, networking and leisure opportunities!

❖ Increasing visibility and prestige for the School and its Graduates

A SPECIAL FOCUS ON…❖ MIB LADIES: women are the change and the innovation driver in society and business. Women are

essential to build stronger economies, achieve internationally agreed goals for development and sustainability, and improve the quality of life for the community. As Alumni Association, we want to encourage and empower MIB Ladies to develop confidence, unleash their talent and energy. We also want to attract more women to the business school in order to improve the gender diversity in our community.!

❖ CHARITY: Giving back also means doing something for unlucky people in Italy and in the world. This can be achieved by taking part to local or global initiatives in order to fundraise, to help others, to attract attention.!

❖ BACK TO CLASS: Lifelong learning is a key goal and a distinguish factor that all alumni have in common. It is fundamental to organize periodically some learning events, workshops on relevant and current topics.

For each Area or Objective, the Governing Council will identify a PROJECT LEADER, who is a member of the Council itself. All members of Governing Council will have an Operational Assignment and will be “Project Leader” on his/her specific area of interest.

ACTIVITIES❖ Networking apéritifs in Milan, Venice, Trieste, Rome (and other major cities in Italy

and abroad)!

❖ Business lunches!

❖ Conversations/round tables with “senior alumni” (company/project presentations)!

❖ External guests and speakers on relevant topics (innovation, leadership, digital, entrepreneurship, corporate finance)!

❖ Sport events (sailing, golf, …)

OUR CANDIDATES AND TERRITORIAL ORGANISATION

The project aims to involve Alumni around Italy, from the North to the South, from East to West, in order to improve cooperation, opportunities, networking and to increase visibility and prestige for the School and Graduates.!In order to achieve this goal, we are organising as a team of three alumni (Governing Council Members):!!!
