Collection is available only within 2 months prior to departure.

Tanshin plan is only available for people who those returning back

or migrating to japan. (customs declaration form C No.5360-B must

be submitted at Japan airports)

Only door to door service is available with tanshin plan.

Okinawa and islands are subject to additional charges.

Please enquire for deliveries to Okinawa and islands.

Delivery to one address in japan only.

Included in our Tansin Plan service is a one time delivery only of

Yamato packing materials. If you require more packing materials

then there would be a further charge of GBP30.00 to arrange a

second delivery. Fixed collection time is not available. We will

inform the expecting time of collection.

The collection would be by third-party company.

Tanshin plan is not available for collection or delivery on

weekends and bank holidays.

Please send all the documents to us by the day before your

collection date.
