    Objective

    The major objective of the research is to find out whether

    a student wants to be a JOB SEEKER or JOB GIVER.

    To know the perception of various youngsters aboutentrepreneurship & employment.

    Students perception regarding better financial stability.

    To analyze the mentality of students about the risk andfear of failure.

    Reasons for not becoming entrepreneur.

    We collected our research survey in and around Trichy, also inside SASTRA

    campus

    Sample of 50 peoples (Primary Data)

    Conclusion

    The conclusion of this research is that majority of the students wants to be

    job seeker than a job giver because of the financial constraints and other

    risks.

    Though the job seeker percentage is high among the respondents many

    students wants to be an entrepreneur this result also concludes surely the

    number of entrepreneurs increases, if the loans for capital investment is

    provided easily, because of huge initial investment is the major constraintsfor the upcoming young entrepreneur.
