this gap between technology and researchers

We already have experience with uploading massiveamounts of files for the RACM (archaeology).

Although the grid can easily handle large streams, ithas a problem with processing large batches ofsmaller files. Uploading individual files takes far toolong.But in the end, grid support took care of the problem.
