PRESENTATION LETTER ABOUT US
We are a family business, we started operations in 1996 serving companies in the area, and however we had experience that supported us since 1988, supporting the industry as service providers in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
We are a company with a growing work group that combines the experience with the youth and new ideas of each of its members dedicated to offering them the highest standards of quality, safety and cost, guaranteeing the good use of their resources, reducing the environmental impact.

o DESIGN AND ENGINEERING
Development of projects for new facilities, with ergonomics and safety needs, based on the experience of our specialists for the implementation of high quality and safety industrial facilities.
o MANUFACTURING OF PROCESS EQUIPMENT
Within our facilities we have specialized equipment for the manufacture of tanks, hoppers, Paileria, structures, roofs and equipment for the food, chemical and petrochemical industry, complying with quality standards and standards such as AWS, API, ASTM.
o INSTALLATION OF ELECTROMECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
We have a great technological and human team to carry out your electromechanical, mechanical and process projects within the established programs, both in time and quality.
o MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF STEAM GENERATORS We have the expertise to carry out safety inspection and / or maintenance, as well as evaluation of the efficiency of
steam generators, quality of the boiler water, and percentage of condensate recovery.
o MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS.
We have trained personnel to perform safety inspection and / or maintenance, as well as efficiency evaluation in refrigeration with ammonia, or another refrigerant. Installation and maintenance of equipment for air conditioning in offices, or areas with a temperature control requirement.
o TRAINING
We have staff with DC-5 for their training needs, we issue at the end of each DC-3 course to participants on issues of safety, environment safety in boiler installations, refrigeration.

SIMSA is in 1.4 Hectare. We have in our facilities and manufacturing workshop of 3,000 m ² approx. With a
distribution of columns that allows to have a wide work area. In a short time we will expand another 2000 m2
