1. To share university campus data centre accommodation (suitably powered and cooled rack space) between collaborating universities within a regional network

2. Where each campus allocation forms a node on a distributed but unified managed data centre service

3. Where new or expansion of nodes are developed as a shared service, on-campus or off-campus

4. … and that the DC service should lead to further collaborative/shared ventures
