The event is a gala walk-around tasting, featuring signature dishes from each chef, as well as fine wine pairings, spirits, and entertainment. Nominated by the StarChefs Advisory Board - made up of 20 of the country’s most influential chefs - these promising culinary artists have demonstrated that they are the star chefs of the future. Creativity, ambition, exquisite presentation, and most importantly, delicious food, earn each chef the designation of Rising Star. The Revue includes a press preview, VIP cocktail reception, gala tasting, and Industry- only Afterparty attended by the who’s who of the culinary industry. Each year, the StarChefs Rising Stars Revue travels to select cities across the country. Events in 2007 will include Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta and New York.
