HYLANDS ARTIST STUDIOS The Hylands Artist Studios are located in The Stables on the groundfloor and first floor. Visitors can meet our resident artists anddesigners and view their work as they create unique bespoke piecesand designs in their studios. The resident artists at Hylands Estateare a diverse collection of skilled designers, artists and makers whonot only create their own original work for purchase but also work tocommission, run demonstrations, workshops and exhibitions.

THE STABLES CAFÉThe Stables Café and Garden Café Kiosk Servery are open everyday, 9am – 4pm, serving delicious barista style coffee, breakfastand light lunches and a tempting range of cakes & bakes.

HYLANDS ARTIST STUDIOS The Hylands Artist Studios are located in The Stables on the groundfloor and first floor. Visitors can meet our resident artists anddesigners and view their work as they create unique bespoke piecesand designs in their studios. The resident artists at Hylands Estateare a diverse collection of skilled designers, artists and makers whonot only create their own original work for purchase but also work tocommission, run demonstrations, workshops and exhibitions.

THE STABLES CAFÉThe Stables Café and Garden Café Kiosk Servery are open everyday, 9am – 4pm, serving delicious barista style coffee, breakfastand light lunches and a tempting range of cakes & bakes.

OPENING TIMES: Garden Café (Dog Friendly): 9am – 4pm daily.Stables Café: 9am – 4pm daily (breakfast service until 11.30am,lunch service: 12noon – 2.30pm)

INFORMATION POINT The Information Point operates as the main visitor point for theEstate where you can pick up the Hylands Walks and Eventsleaflets. Don’t forget to purchase your duck food before heading to the Pleasure Gardens.
