Overview
• This study attempts to show that our brains can be dual processors. If given stimuli in two modes (auditory and visual) the brain can process more by aggregating the two channels than if the same information is given in one form only, for the same amount of time.

The Bottom Line
The most important new practical implication of this study is that animations should be accompanied by auditory narration rather than by on-screen text.
