• check the documents

step 6 • Make a registered Baina with the

land owner. Pay a handsome amount (as per bi-lateral discussion) to the land owner. Take time (may be 6 months).

step 7 • Hang a sign board on the land declaring the ownership of the land based on Baina.

• Arrange rest of the money (cost of land and cost for registration)

step 9

• Have registration and become the proud owner of the desired land.

step 10 • Complete all other legal procedures in the mean time.
