THE PANELS ARE TO BE SUBSTANTI ALLY CONSTRUCTED IN SWS’S CONTROLLEDWAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT. ALL PANEL DIMENSIONS MUST B E FIELD VERIFIED PRIOR TO PRODUCTION OF THE PANELS. WIND TESTING CRITERIA MUST BE PROVIDED TO CONFIRM THE PANEL WILL MEET THE WINDCONDITIONS AT THE 309 EAST PACES FERRY ROAD SITE IN ATLANTA, GA. PROPOSED PANEL ATTACHMENT TO THE EXI STING BUILDING MUST BE APPROVED BY UZUN+CASE, THE S TRUCTURAL ENGINEER FOR THE PROJECT.
THE EXTERIOR WALL SYSTEM INCLUDES STO EIFS DETAILIN G FOR A DRAINABLE EIFS PANEL SYSTEM. ALL PANEL EDG ES ARE TO BE WRAPPED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STO CRITERI A. THE PANEL INCORPORATES ALUMINUMCLAD WOOD WINDOWS, AND MUST INCLUDE WINDOW MANUFACT URER SUB-SILL PAN WITH END DAMS AT ALL WINDOW OPENI NGS. STO DETAILING AND INSTALLATION CRITERIA MUST BE ADHERED TO FOR THE INDIVIDUALPANEL CONSTRUCTION AND FOR INTERFACING WITH ALL OTH ER BUILDING ELEMENTS, INCLUDING FLASHING AND ROOFIN G MATERIALS.
THE OVERALL SYSTEM MUST BE COMPLETELY WARRANTED BY SOUTHERN WALL SYSTEMS, INCLUDING THE PREPARATION FO R AND INSTALLATION OF THE WINDOWS THAT ARE BY OTHER S. PROVIDE A COPY OF THEPROPOSED WARRANTY TO THE OWNER FOR THEIR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
