What is the Ban on the Display of Tobacco at the Point-of-sale?

CAN BE STORED IN

Storage units that are self-closing, opaque (not transparent and translucent), and in a fixed location at the point of sale.

In a separate room, under the counter or in an area not visible and accessible to the public.

OR

Display of tobacco products will not be allowed when the point-of-sale display ban takes effect.

Retailers can choose the method best suited for them.Some examples are shown below:

Signages

• White, black, grey or natural colours of material used such as wood, marble, stone or steel

• A colour that is the same as the interior walls of the outlet, without drawing attention to the tobacco storage unit

• During re-stocking

• During a tobacco sales transaction

• Retailers must display the “No Sale to Minors” signage (fig 1)

• Retailers may display a QuitLine logo signage (fig 2)

• These signages will be distributed by the Health Sciences Authority and should be displayed at a prominent location within the outlet where tobacco is sold

Tobacco products may only be visible:

All storage units must be of the same colour, must not be accessible to any customer and have to be without tobacco-related images or designs, sound or light. Only one of the following colours is allowed:

• Not have pictures, logos and borders / frame

• Be on plain white paper, no larger than A4-size

• Be limited to 1 price list per official language per outlet

什么是销售点烟草展示禁令？

烟草产品存储处

可自动关闭的存储柜，须是不透明材质（不得是透明或半透明），放置在销售点的固定位置。

可存放于另一个隔间、柜台内部下方，或是在一个公众无法看见或随意进出之处。

或者

零售商可以选择最适合他们的方式。以下列举了一些示例：

店内标志

所有存储柜须是单色的，且不在顾客所能接触的范围内，不带任何花样、音效或灯光，不附任何与烟草相关的图像。存储柜只能采用以下其中一种颜色：

烟草产品只可在下列情况下出现在公众视线范围内：• 进货补货时• 销售交易时

• 白色、黑色、灰色；或木质、大理石、石质、金属等建材的天然色• 烟草存储柜也可采用与销售点室内墙面相同的颜色，使人们在视觉上不会注意到烟草产品储存柜

• 零售商必须展示禁止出售烟草产品给未成年人士的标志（图1）• 零售商可以选择展示戒烟热线的标志（图2）• 这些标志将由卫生科学局发放，必须展示在销售烟草的零售店里的显眼位置

零售商可制定价目表，但须遵守以下规定：•只能在顾客要求下展示，且顾客须满20岁•价目表只能以英文或任何一种官方语言打上统一标题：“烟草产品价目表”•只能以文字表述，且只能包含下列信息:

•黑体字，字型统一，大小不超过5mm•不得加粗、下划线或高光•不附图像、商标、或加框•须用纯白纸，以A4大小为限•每家销售点各官方语言仅限一份价目表

Semua unit simpanan mesti mempunyai warna yang sama, tidak boleh dicapai oleh mana-mana pelanggan dan mestilah tidak mempunyai gambar atau reka bentuk, bunyi atau cahaya berkaitan tembakau. Hanya salah satu warna berikut dibenarkan:
