PIGTAILS: To make her pigtails, cut 16 strands of 8 inch long yarn. Each pigtail will have 8 strands each. Fold 8 strands in half. After determining where you want them, insert hook in the space between two sts and out of the next pulling out the folded strands (just like you would do when making a slip stitch), and make a knot. Repeat on the other side.

HEADBAND: Position a length of narrow ribbon above the ‘bangs’ (see pics to get an idea of where it should be placed). On both sides of the head, insert ends of the ribbon inside the wig (a darning needle can come in handy here). Secure the ends with a few tacks on the wrong side of the wig. Position wig over head and sew in place. Now glue green plastic flowers on the ribbon, making sure they are evenly spaced.

OUTLINE EYES: With a thin brown yarn (or you can use cross-stitch thread), insert needle from the neck opening and come out at point 1 and in at point 2, out from point 3 and in from point four, and finally out from the neck opening where it should be secured.

Now attach head to body, slip on her backpack, and your little Chloe is ready!

MAKING UP

T-SHIRT BUTTONS: Glue two pink plastic flowers in front of the t-shirt.
