Join us in celebrating Mississippi Delta Community College’s 90th anniversary! Engage in one of MDCC’s favorite traditions, the Trojan Tailgate Club. The Alumni Association, which sponsors the annual tailgate picnics, invites all Trojan fans to participate. All tailgate picnics, with the exception of the homecoming tailgate picnic, are held at 5:30 p.m. before each home football game. The tailgating area is located southeast of the J.T. Hall Coliseum between the coliseum and the tennis courts. The membership fee, which underwrites tailgating expenses, is $25 per person or $50 for a family of four. Individual tickets may be purchased at the tailgate picnic for $7 each. Menus for the pregame meals vary, but always include a meat, sides, dessert and drink. You are guaranteed to be impressed with the delicious meals provided by our tailgate cooking crew of Barry Corley, John Ammons, David Grant, Frankie Chandler and Charles Melton. Homecoming tailgate will be a very special 90th Birthday Celebration. Beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the area adjacent to the new Vandiver Student Union, there will be a Homecoming Concert and Legacy Luncheon (both free of charge) which will begin at 12:00p.m. Help celebrate this MDCC tradition and join us as we cheer on the Trojans!
