Chapter Two;Raising the Younglings

Hello and welcome back to A Very Italian Selfacy!

Last time we saw Stu and Alii have their first daughter and get her through toddlerhood, and then they went and had twins.

They just HAD to didn’t they?

Thus, this chapter contains lots of this

And lots of this.

Seriously why do sims feed babies when they have smelly bums?

DO NOT ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE.

And there was FAR too much of this for comfort.

I hate this woman.

Although, she does feed the poor girls at correct times

And...plays with them?

Whoa, where did the other nanny go?

I’m still locking the door, stay away from our money plants wench!

So yeah, time sure flies when you’re desperately trying to keep everyone alive and almost at your wit’s end.

It’s time for the girls to become my worst nightmare.

BEGIN THE SKILLING FEST.

Stu was at work so Alii potty trained Alisa

AND Amadora in one day.

Arianna came home with a B+ on her first ever day of school which, according to Maxis is A Bad Thing.

I reaaaaally don’t think so Maxis.

Really.

Alii also got a promotion that day and did her little yaaaay face (:

Stu also got a promotion and as usual couldn’t care less.

Sigh.

Men!

More skilling!

Amadora learned to talk, just in time as well. It meant she could ask her mum to remove her head from the wall.

Alisa also learned to talk just in time to say

“Daddy’s smelly!”

Words cannot describe how sad this makes me.

No wallpaper, no floor, mess, no maid, no extra appliances.

I REALLY miss motherlode.

Of course the eldest couldn’t be left out of the excitement of the skillfest and so learned to study from her daddy.

They’re still bestest buds (:

And being the amazing little person/favourite sim ever that she is she brought home an A+

And then FINALLY it was birthday time!

For both of them of course.

Of course, the era of stinky nappies and bottles everywhere was not over, oh no.

A male heir was still needed as per my rules.

So naturally, they got to it.

Poor things hadn’t had an intimate moment since the twins were born.

The twins both got C+ on their first day of school, once again NOT a bad thing.

My God this guy wouldn’t be excited if you told him he’d won the lottery. TWICE.

And then it was time for the eldest to start kissing boys and slamming doors.

Yes but he’s very meh about everything he does so I’m counting on you.

I freakin’ HATE her one neat point.

She can’t shower without getting water everywhere and THEN she spreads the water by splashing in it.

THEN we get weeds in the bathroom ‘cause we can’t afford a floor!

This had better not be twins again Alii or I swear I will find a way to physically slap you.

This poor poor woman.

She must have fallen on very hard times indeed if she’s forced to rob from a house that has NOTHING.

My pretty custom alarm didn’t work though so I had to wake Stu up to call the police.

Naturally, Stu was very meh about getting up so the robber got away.

The policeman informed us of this and then left with this smug look on his face.

Stu just shrugged and tidied up the kitchen.

I was livid.

And THEN Alii went into labour!

So much drama tonight!

It was at this point I realised my default skin replacements have bellybutton piercings.

Why?

Thus was born the heir!

This is Agosto.

Agosto is a variant of August (Latin) and means “great, magnificent.”

He has his dad’s colouring exactly, why am I not surprised.

He is magnificent for with his birth we can actually start saving money for a passable home.

Also, generation B will now officially be born. :D

Everyone celebrated in their own way.

Alisa went tub pirating.

Arianna maxed her creativity.

And Amadora....

Just really got on my nerves.

Stu and Alii wanted Arianna to be an overachiever and she wanted a job so I thought what the heck.

She got a job in the Education career track.

And this is some random ADULT whom she autonomously flirted with.

His name is Troy Go and he is a shy sim. <3

But he won’t be going to university with her so he can just be shamelessly used as aspiration fodder. She’s had that want locked for ages.

Aaaand first kisses don’t really work between adults and teens.

Oh well, moving on.

What is this?! I wasn’t given a notification!

And so our heir celebrates his first birthday without a cake.

I hope he can forgive me. T__T

And AHMAGAD he’s the cutest one yet!

Seriously, even when he’s suffering from the well known teeth-in-chin disease he’s still adorable!

Having said that, the twins are a VERY close second.

They’re like Stu and Arianna, constantly interacting with each other, ALL the time.

Aaaand more skilling.

Although he hasn’t forgotten his daughters :D

Arianna got fired on her first day at work because of a stupid frikkin’ chance card and apparently this was a great cause for celebration.

Family sims.

Alii however saved the day by getting a promotion and earning 5,000 simoleans :D

So I built them a proper house!

It’s got floors and everything.

It’s...it’s beautiful. -tear-

And Stu got a promotion too.

AND he celebrated!

Things are really looking up for this family

And with Stu’s money we got floors and wall coverings throughout the whole house.

It made me happy.

Aaaand then Stu got demoted thanks to a chance card.

And he celebrated.

Oooookay....

And thus ended the youngest of generation A’s toddlerhood.

Agosto got his last bit of skilling in, he doesn’t look at all pleased about it.

I think he’s a bit spoiled, he wasn’t really around when there was no floor. He even has his own room! Lucky thing.

Then the twins had to grow up yet again.

It all happens so fast ):

They look a bit like facial clones but there are SLIGHT differences...

Alisa rolled popularity

Their first (and last) family breakfast :D

Of course they had to pick a topic as mundane as the weather.

I sent Arianna off to college because the house was a bit crowded and for some reason or other she’d just stopped going to school.

I’m going to play them through uni at the same time though, so for now she’s just going to hang in the sim bin.

If you think the twins missed their big sister, or even said goodbye to her, you’d be wrong.

They’re still thick as thieves, I don’t think I’ve actually seen them initiate contact with anyone else.

And Alii earned, um 10,000 I think.

And then it was time to crustify.

Nothing is more depressing than watching your simself and her significant other get all old.

Well, grey and wrinkly or not they’re still unbearably cute.

I think they both aged quite well reallly, some sims entire faces just seem to melt off when they get old.

By the way guys please don’t die soon. I can’t take the emotional trauma.

I got all sentimental and sad when they got old so I had Stu paint this.

It’s a drawing real me did of real me and Stu.

It’s going to be on the wall in the entranceway forever in memory of the founders.

Alisa FINALLY brought a boy home.

She was like 2 days away from going to uni, and he’s not that bad looking so he can go along with her.

Everyone, meet Daniel Enriquez.

This was their third interaction, I kid you not.

Although scoring your first kiss while your elderly father is sat behind you trying to eat the air isn’t exactly what I would call romantic. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

Agosto FINALLY got an A+ too, I don’t know why he didn’t three days ago.

Mustn’t be as bright as his sisters...

I let Alii retire because even though they weren’t exactly rich they weren’t scraping every penny together anymore.

Also, I didn’t think it was fair to send an elder off to work at 4am so when she got back she was too tired to spend time with any of her children.

She gets 307 simoleans a day, nice. (:

He’s gotten so much more happy now he’s old, he’s not ever meh about anything, ever!

It makes me sad that he won’t be like, one of my main sims for a while now. ):

And the days of innocence come to an end.

Although he could roll knowledge, that’ll keep him fairly innocent.

Yeah, I didn’t take a proper picture of him. Whoops.

But he rolled romance.

I HATE romance sims, seriously I can’t stand to play them.

And it doesn’t get better, he wants 20 lovers.

Why God, why?!

My only son and heir, why would you do this to me. T__T

So I really couldn’t be bothered with any more teenagers so off the twins went to university :D

And so did this one.

He can have his 20 lovers at uni I guess, and pick one of them to marry.

I suppose I should be thankful it’s not 20 woohoos.
