Security and Authentication

All participants create unique passwords with multiple layers of security,

with access limited to only what they need. Branding of the platform is an option that creates a seamless

transition for the consumer.

Digital Close

Pavaso’s flagship product, where everyone collaborates for closing transactions. All parties have the

ability to access key participants, share information, and ask questions – which are permanently and

securely logged – at any point in time

Digital Close - Add tags to any document

After uploading documents, lenders and settlement agents can add tags

for various reasons – signatures, initials, education, eNotary, etc

The consumer is now able to click on documents and libraries for educational content including videos,

documents, CFPB content, or any custom generated material. All actions are tracked for proof of for what,

when, and how long each is viewed.

Signing Table – the closing process

For the physical close, the Signing Table allows for a permanent, secure, tamper-sealed transaction to

occur, with capabilities ranging from fully wet-signed printed copies, to hybrids, to full eClosings with

eRecording and eVaulting. Closings can take place anywhere, with minimal technical requirements.

SigningTable – eSignatures

Signatures are verified and captured for all parties via several methods, including touch screens and web

closings. This allows for mobile closings complete with eNotary services, digital stamps, and unique

barcodes so that any page of the closing package which is printed, can be wet signed and scanned back

into the proper position in the closing package.

Secondary Market - Mortgage DNA®

Mortgage DNA® is a Pavaso app which allows secondary market participants to

purchase loans from the originating lender by finding matching data for whatever

criteria they request. The Mortgage DNA® viewer allows users to proactively search for

loans to be used in creating packages of mortgage backed securitizations.

Much of the information available is related to loan activity and production in the early stages of

the process

Capturing of the data occurs both at the production level with the originating lender, and also

from the subsequent stakeholders through the lifecycle of the loan. The delivery is via a viewer

application with access to the Pavaso systems for the data.

This level of automation eliminates much of the costly reconciliation and compliance auditing

currently performed throughout the lifecycle of the loan - and not just at the originating lender -

heavily suggesting value can be derived from each stakeholder action during the process

Secondary Market - Mortgage DNA®

Mortgage DNA creates a customizable scoring system aimed at establishing further levels of best

practices and the highest quality of loan packages. Full paper mortgages begin the scoring at zero,

and the most complete, fully documented eClosing packages are the highest rated.

Secondary Market - Closing Forensics®

• Closing Forensics – Proof, through data, that the loan has gone through a

process which is fully compliant, auditable, adheres to a consistent set of

Pavaso Certified standards, and can be verified at every step.

• All data is captured, from the start of the origination through close. This

includes initial disclosure documents, appraisal, inspection, and all post-closing

items such as eRecording, lien releases, and escrow disbursements.

• The loan has been processed using the Pavaso Certified functions during the

closing process.

• Data set can be fully customized, no limit on amount of information

• Automation offers a greater level of data covering the entire process from end to

end
