On August 9th, the ladies of Warner Law Offices stepped out in style to show their support at the YWCA Girls Night Out, an annual fundraiser for the YWCA Resolve shelter, Hope House. The event was held in Charleston and is the largest women-only fundraiser in the greater Kanawha Valley with the important mission of raising both funds and awareness to eliminate domestic violence. Proceeds from the annual Girls Night Out fundraiser provide much needed financial support for the

YWCA Resolve Family Abuse Program where victims of domestic violence, both women and their families, can find shelter, services, advocacy, education, counseling, food and other necessities in their time of need.

client injured on the job

Warner Law Offices obtained a settlement for a client who was injured on the job site while operating heavy machinery for an airport expansion project. As a result of the faulty condition of the grader, the Plaintiff was injured when the grader rolled down a steep hillside and crashed into another vehicle. The Plaintiff rolled and hit his head, causing him to sustain severe and permanent injuries. A settlement with his employer was reached prior to trial.

client injured in auto accident

Recently, a settlement was reached for a client who was struck while operating his motor vehicle on the highway when a taxi cab driver failed to yield the right of way and attempted to make a left turn in front of oncoming traffic. As a result of the crash, our client suffered injuries to his neck and left shoulder, including a rotator cuff tear of his left shoulder that required surgery. A settlement was reached with the taxi company to compensate our client for his losses.
