Thank you for your ongoing support for The Hills Choral Society. Without regular supporters like you, we

would be unable to continue to provide the high quality choral concerts you have come to expect, as well

as provide regular musical enjoyment to many community and seniors groups in the Mitcham Council area.

October 2021 Concert : Our October Concert, presenting “Great Movie Themes” , will be an event to look forward to. This performance will feature the music of such movie greats as Enrico Morricone and John Williams, who are renowned for composing the music for “The Mission”, “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly”, and “Star Wars”. For those who have a love for classical music, there will also be some pieces of that type from various famous movies.

MARK OATES. Mark is a leading tenor in the State Opera Of South Australia. He has appeared in leading roles in many stage performances, in-cluding “Les Miserables”, Carousel”, and recently appeared in “Sweeney Todd” ( The Demon Barber of Fleet Street”), at Her Maj-esty’s Theatre. We are very privileged to have him as our guest artist.
