The Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association Ltd cordially invites you to participate in the Australasian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Annual Conference (AACMAC) to be held from 5-7 May 2017 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The conference is the peak annual convention and symposium for acupuncture and Chinese medicine practitioners in the Asia-Pacific region and will attract over 300 local and international delegates.

There are a number of opportunities available for businesses to maximise their brand exposure.

Trade display opportunities

An AACMAC trade display will provide your business with unique opportunities to network with Chinese medicine professionals and increase brand recognition. A total of 20 exhibitor booths are available and you may choose your preferred booth location (subject to availability). Booths are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Standard booth inclusions

• Shell scheme 3m x 2m polished aluminium frame with white melamine infill panels.

• 1 x 1.8m trestle table, 2 x chairs, 1 x tablecloth.

• All open aisle frontages will have a fascia sign of company name and stand number (maximum 30 characters).

• 2 x 120 watt (or energy efficient equivalent) spotlights per booth.

• 1 x 4 amp general point outlet included per booth.

Set up and pack down of booths

• Set up is permitted between 9.00am and 11.00am on Friday, 5 May 2017.

• Pack down is permitted between 3.30pm and 5.00pm on Sunday, 7 May 2017.

Exhibition cancellations

All cancellations must be made in advance (in writing) and are subject to the following fees:

• $500 if cancelled on or before 3 March 2017.

• No refund after 3 March 2017.
