TERMS & CONDITIONS

(A) Terms of payment

- 40% advance along with purchase order.

- balance 60% against our proforma invoice before

dispatch.

(B) Sales Tax

Extra at actiuals as applicable at the time of despatch.

Present rate is 2% with "C" Form, otherwise 5%. Surcharge on

Sales Tax at actual @ 5% of Sales Tax.

(C) Delivery

12-14 weeks after receipt of purchase order with advance.

(D) Important Notes

* Validity of quote: 30 days from the date of offer

* This quote supersedes all other quotes previously made

for individual machines, directly or indirectly

* Packing & forwarding will be charged extra @ 1.5%

* Freight and insurance will be extra at actuals

* Prices quoted are ex our factory at Bahadurgarh, Haryana

* All machineries quoted here are excluding electricals,

motors etc. unless otherwise specifically mentioned

* Anything sepecifically not mentioned are excluded from

the scope of our offer.

* All payments to be made by DD in favour of "Vashist Food

Pvt. Ltd." payable at "New Delhi".

* Your P. O., "C" Forms and Road Permit should be made
