Business Readiness supports organizations undergoing change. This includes start-ups getting ready to launch operations, small to medium enterprises looking to expand into a new market, introduce a new product, change product lines, expand a business category, explore a change in manufacturing, or examine a geographic change. In many situations, Business Readiness is the first step before starting on a campaign to bring in outside capital. Identifying weaknesses or gaps in the organization before external discovery is critical. In today’s fast paced business environment, it is important to understand how changes may impact an organization as the results may be local, regional or global. Business Readiness helps senior executives, business owners and boards of directors determine how prepared their organization is to meet the upcoming changes. The key components of Business Readiness include: Readiness Discovery A diagnostic process that examines the organization’s structure, goals, objectives, values, and business plans Readiness Examination A preliminary look at the organization and leadership team through a series of proprietary AAIL tests and one-on-one management interviews Readiness Assessment A multi-faceted review of business preparedness comparing the Examination results to the specific goals and values identified in Discovery

Business Effectiveness is for businesses wishing to determine if their operations and teams are executing according to plan and if they are competitive in their own market. The service provides a detailed analysis of the business’ operations. A comprehensive “how are we doing?” inventory of standard operating procedures, sales, marketing, and the results. AAIL collaborates with the senior executives and leadership team to examine the organizational processes. It determines the effectiveness of these actions and any gaps. What is uncovered often shows that the organization is not getting what it expects. This service helps companies to benchmark their operations and shows where issues exist. It helps identify new business opportunities, business expansions, strategic alliances, or with succession planning. This in-depth competitiveness check-up of organizational objectives and executive capabilities identifies core competencies, gaps, and provides recommendations for effective and efficient solutions. The key components of Business Effectiveness include: Effectiveness Discovery If the Business Readiness Discovery has not been completed, a diagnostic process that examines the organization’s structure, goals, objectives, values, and business plans. If it has been conducted, then this phase adds an overview of the organization’s sales, marketing, market space, competitors, partners and strategic alliances Effectiveness Examination A comprehensive inspection of the organization’s ability to deliver. Conducted through a series of proprietary AAIL tests, one-on-one management interviews , and group interviews of critical teams and operational groups Effectiveness Assessment A multi-faceted benchmark of how a business is performing according to its own plan, the goals and objectives identified in Discovery and identified in the Examination. It is specific to the company’s organizational structure and will show how it measures up and competes
