Floor plan- stage 2 layout was rounded to consume less space, however layout is not conducive to a logical flow pattern design idea was to combine kitchen and dining area as center of unit

Floor plan- stage 3 Design concept is again the kitchen/dining room as the center of the unit. Center of unit is elevated 4 feet from rest of unit Stage two design allows for a logical pattern of flow

Floor plan- stage 4 Stage 3 is much more square thus occupying less floor area Kitchen/ dining area are once again the center of the unit center of unit is elevated 4 feet above rest of unit
