Materials coordinator (01/01/14 Present) To arrange and control all Inbound cargo & Outbound cargo. Check quality and quantity of stock arriving onboard. Complete Dangerous goods manifests and labelling. Arrange all bunkering operations and provisions, IE Fuel, Pot water, Sewage. Rental of machinery and equipment. Create manifests to a high standard. Send back items to supplier or vendor on request. Attend meeting for ongoing and future work scopes. Liase with supply vessels to arrange weather windows and time schedules. Keep paper records and computer logs up to date. Arranging recertification of lifting equipment & crane maintenance. Arranging purchase orders and creation of PO numbers

Deck foreman (01/01/14 present) Delegate work between 4 riggers/banksmen & 2 crane drivers. Keep all crane maintenance up to date including arranging repair and defect

logs. Arrange shift times of deck crew according to what is required. To prepare all paperwork EG permit to work, Toolbox talks, lift plans. To Arrange & complete marine transfers throughout the day for incoming and

outgoing personnel. HLO Helideck duties when called upon. Organisation of control union certificates for lifting gear. To supervise changing weather and tides to ensure a safe worksite &

operation.

Permit coordinator since (01/01/14) (Various)When working for Petrofac I had done the job of permit coordinator as and when called upon.This includes arranging and organising the daily plan for the work scope of the next 24 hours ahead as well as making sure no permits are conflicting with each other to allow a safe work environment.Fully qualified to approve confined space permits, General Works permits, Hot work permits & Electrical permits.Before works can go ahead a risk assessment is completed whereby myself and the OIM have to agree the work is safe to start.During the Helwin Alpha windfarm project we achieved a fantastic safety record which we strive to achieve on all platforms with help of the permit system.Gas tests for confined spaces and areas with possibility of dangerous gasses.

Storeman (Workfox) 10/09/12(Accommodation/Drilling platforms)Manifesting and receiving of goods.Preparing backload for pool vessel.Preparing dangerous goods Manifests/labels.Maintaining stores with regular stock checks and checking for obsolete stock.Monitoring items for future Projects/outstanding jobs.Responding to Emails from internal crew and External sources (Client)Full responsibility and records to be kept of COSHH store and PPE equipment.Updating MSDS sheets for all new COSHH items.Goods in and goods out in store room, Requests.

Dry dock experience (Workfox)Completed an intense five week docking period on The Seafox 7 starting from the 09/01/13 to the 12/02/13. The rig was requested into dry dock at kepple verolme for a 5 yearly inspection. The Seafox 7 also had lots of updates and improvements to the accommodation and living quarters, as well as 6 more TLQ’s put on the deck. I was responsible for receiving all deliveries and maintaining the stores as well as all other ongoing projects. I have had lots of good feedback from within the Workfox fleet and higher management for the job that I had done during this period.Increased pressure was put on me as my back to back left the company just before docking commenced & no replacement was found.

Deckhand (Workfox 04/08/12)Started my offshore career with a three week trip as a deckhand on the Seafox 1. As my time as a deckhand I gained experience with 300 ton cranes to 30 ton cranes, from self slung loose lifts, up to 50 ton lifts. I also learnt the general procedures and on goings of the deck I.E Maintenance, Housekeeping, preparing containers for backload, Banksman checks. Completing Task risk assessments for different types of lifts/Tasks.Completing multiple permit to work for revenant jobs in hand.

Competent in Boat handling, Diesel bunkering and Pot water bunkering,Fully competent in radio communications with all rig crew and vessels involved in activities.Understanding the procedures of regulated breaks during activities like needle gunning and working in confined spaces.Working at height and with a harness & other fall prevention equipment.Rig MovingI have completed various rig moves since joining Workfox in 2012 and I was a valued individual on the various jack up rigs due to the flexibility and knowledge I have acquired. During a rig move I was involved in deck communication with the jacking engineers to arranging helicopters and supply vessels on to the new location.
