Ameen Ahsan with 13 years experience has ever worked on several projects, ventures, concepts and assignments in UAE, Qatar, Saudi, Kuwait and India. He did his masters in �nance and investment from Exeter University (UK), ranked among the top 1% global unversites.

Ameen Ahsan was trained in professional business consulting, by European and American strategy consultants at CII Abu Dhabi (later MESA, Abu Dhabi). He later joined in as Strategy Advisor to the CEO of a large FMCG company in Dubai, before moving to Goa on an engagement. Since 2007, Ameen Ahsan is providing specialized strategy advisory service in Kerala.

Ameen Ahsan, the founder and Chief Strategy O�cer at AASC, is a rare consulting specialist, who comes with a wide variety of experiences. His experience spans across various sectors, various functional areas, as well as he has being an entrepreneur, manager, employee and investor; and there by understands the minds of each party (their pains, concerns, mental barriers, expectations etc), while advising the clients.

How is your project report di�erent from those prepared by CA, CS or Architects?

Our project reports, strategy reports and �nancial feasibility studies are quite di�erent from a report prepared by a CA, CS or an Architect

At AASC we are specialists in developing unique Business Model. Business Model is about the ideal customer segmentation; product / service / concept di�erentiation from competitors; the ideal and unique channels to create awareness about your products, creating situations for customers to test your product, creating the platforms for the sales to happen; the ways and means to retain customers; di�erent internal and external activities to be competitive; strategic partnerships to excel in the market, new ways of earning revenues and new ways to reduce costs etc. All this constitutes a Perfect Business Model.

AASC develops a Project Report, by giving �rst priority to the ideal Business Model. It is around the Business Model, that we design all the strategies (Branding, Marketing, HR, Operations, Investor management, etc) around the Business Model, then we check its �nancial feasibility. That’s how a project report is written with care at AASC

But reports written by CAs (focus mainly on numbers), CS (focus mainly on legal aspects), Architects (focus mainly on design and construction cost), do not consider “Unique Business Model” in preparing a Project Report, and hence cannot provide a report that can make the project competitive

What is Business Model and how can you change my business model?

Business model exists in every business, whether we know it or not. Business model is the way we do business

It consists of de�ning our real customers; the services or products we give them and how it is di�erent from competitors; the ways and means we create awareness, convince customers, facilitate the buying experience and take feedbacks; how we make sure our customers not only keep coming back but bring their friends as well; what all activities, assets, people, partners we need to make the business competitive, cost e�ective and attractive; and �nally exploring the various ways how we make money and what we spend on

We can change your business model to either reduce your cost, competition, complication in operation or to increase your sales, pro�ts , competitive edge etc.

We do it by �rst studying your business, then your competitors, then your market, and identifying the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats to you and your competitors. Then we build a new ideal business model for you , by making changes on all or some of the areas mentioned above. Finally, since change cannot be implemented all of a sudden,we make a systematic plan of action to implement the change. we shall also help you in its implementation by monitoring the progress.
