Cooperative or coordinated effort on the part of a group of persons acting together as a team or in the interests of a common cause.

We are building opportunities for ALL students to be successful or have and opportunity for achievement.

• Consolidate two small middle schools to create a larger middle school and

we are able to offer more courses and opportunities for our students.

• Consolidate two small high schools to create one large high school for the district. We have been able to provide more offerings for the students.

• Provided more in-services and staff developments for staff members in order to empower them to be stronger and more effective teachers.

• We have provided curriculum coaches at each level so that we can empower teachers with the delivery of instruction.

• Implemented a District-wide Positive Behavior Intervention System (PBIS)

All of our schools are either PBIS Banner Schools or PBIS Blue Ribbon Schools

• Required teachers to go through Technology Update. This training was done to improve the use of technology with instruction.

• Staff members are using iPads in addition to the Smartboards, computers, etc.

• Administrators are using iPads for walkthrough (Observations) and it offers immediate feedback for our teachers.

Central Office Persons Support the Learning Process for our schools with our students:

Concerns, and Guidance

We leave the district office and become a visible resource within the schools.

• Offer continued support

• Provide opportunities for parents and other stakeholders to become a part of the success

• The Board of Trustees continue to support the educational process by creating, implementing, and adopting policies that best serve the needs of the students

We are the gatekeepers for the hiring of employees and for the dismissal of employees…..

Make sure we keep personnel on the right seat on the bus…..
