GABARDINEÈ un tessuto in puro cotone 100% e predomina nell’ambito della linea perché è anallergico, tra-spirante e possiede un’ottima resistenza all’usura. Inoltre, essendo un tipo di tessuto che viene sottoposto ai trattamenti di sanforizzazione e mercerizzazione, oltre ad avere una particolare lucentezza, non si restringe e mantiene i colori inalterati anche dopo numerosi lavaggi. Ha una trama compatta e durevole nel tempo, di medio peso ed è quindi estremamente versatile e adat-to a tutte le stagioni. Inoltre è l’unica fibra in grado di subire il processo di sterilizzazione.

MISTO COTONE 35% GABARDINE + 65% POLIESTERELa scelta di realizzare alcuni modelli anche in tessuto misto cotone nasce dall’esigenza di poter disporre di capi già pronti all’uso che non necessitano di stiratura dopo il lavaggio. Se si privilegia la praticità, questo è il tessuto più adatto.

GABARDINEThe collection features 100% pure cotton fabrics that do not irritate the skin and let the body breathe, as well as being hard-wearing. Moreover, as a type of fabric that is sanforized and mer-cerized, it does not shrink and keeps its colour even after numerous washes. Pure cotton gabar-dine is a tightly woven fabric with medium weight and so it is hightly versatile, making it ideal throughout the year. Besides, it is the only fibre which is suitable to pass a sterilization process.

MIXED COTTON: 35% GABARDINE + 65% POLYESTERIt was decided to make some of the garments out of a mixed cotton fabric so that they would be ready to wear straight after washing without being ironed. If you are looking for something prati-cal, then this is the ideal fabric for you.

DRYTECH - PIQUET IN POLIAMMIDEE’ il tessuto con il quale sono realizzate le POLO ed è stato creato utilizzando una microfibra di poliammide che conferisce al capo una mano soffice e fresca e assecon-da in maniera armoniosa tutti i movimenti in una completa sensazione di benessere. L’ampia superficie radiante del tessuto unita alla bassa ritenzione d’acqua della fibra accelerano l’evaporazione dell’umidità mantenendo la pelle asciutta e fresca anche in presenza di elevate temperature. Lo speciale trattamento antibatterico garantisce un buon equilibrio biologico della pelle ostacolando lo sviluppo di cattivi odori anche dopo prolungato utilizzo.

Lavare con regolare frequenza le divise, separando i tessuti colorati dai bianchi e seguendo le istru-zioni riportate sull’etichetta interna. Effettuare sempre un lavaggio in acqua fredda, procedura che facilita la rimozione di macchie ed aloni, infatti le macchie di prodotti organici lavate ad alte tempera-ture restano permanenti. Nel caso di capi molto sporchi, strofinare sapone di marsiglia sulla macchia ed aggiungere prodotti contenenti ossigeno al detersivo, avendo avuto cura di discioglierli prima nell’acqua; non usare prodotti per lo smacchiamento perché potrebbero danneggiare il tessuto. Il lavaggio in acqua a 60° garantisce risultati perfetti (se ci si attiene alle istruzioni); non superare le temperature indicate nella tabella; temperature superiori indeboliscono la resistenza delle fibre cau-sando un restringimento del tessuto del 2% ca. Usare sempre alla fine del lavaggio l’ammorbiden-te. Evitare il lavaggio a secco, non si garantiscono capi affidati a lavanderie o puliture industriali.

Cerniere ed accessori su base sintetica possono essere danneggiati irrimediabilmente. Asciugare le uniformi all’aria avendo cura di appenderle ad una gruccia con cerniere e bottoni

chiusi. I nostri tessuti non sono garantiti per l’asciugatura in lavatrice. I tessuti bianchi sono candeggiabili, evitare di versare la candeggina pura direttamente sul capo;

prima diluire in acqua. Alte concentrazioni di prodotto ingialliscono ed indeboliscono le fibre. Stirare il capo ancora umido con ferro a vapore oppure inumidire il tessuto con un panno e stirare

a secco. Iniziare dalla parte interna e successivamente passare a quella esterna per eliminare il residuo di umidità attenendosi alle temperature indicate nella tabella. Sterilizzare le divise a freddo con prodotti a base fenolica/fenoldeide seguendo attentamente le

istruzioni del produttore oppure sterilizzare a secco a 135° o in autoclave a 120° C. In autoclave è stimabile un calo del 2%.

Lavaggi e trattamentiCare and washing instructions

Wash the work clothes regularly, keeping the coloured fabrics separate from the whites and follow-ing the instructions on the inside labels. Always wash in cold water to help remove marks and stains, washing at high temperatures will not remove stains caused by organic products. In case of extreme-ly dirty garments, rub the stain with Marseilles soap and add products containing bleach to the powder, making sure that they are first rinsed in water; do not use stain removers because they are likely to make holes in the fabric. Washing in water at 60° C guarantees perfect results (if you keep to the instructions); do not exceed the temperatures shown in the table; higher temperatures weaken the fibres causing them to shrink by about 2%. Always add fabric conditioner at end of wash cycle. Do not dry clean natural fabrics, there is no guarantee for garments sent to laundries or industrial

dry cleaners. Synthetic zips and accessories may be damaged. Dry the garments in the air, placing them on hangers with their buttons and zips fastened. We do

not guarantee our garments dried in drying machine. White fabrics can be bleached but be careful not to put pure bleach directly onto the garment,

make sure it is diluted in water first. High concentrations of product weaken the fibres and make them turn yellow. Iron the garment while it is damp using a steam iron or dampen the fabric with a cloth and then

iron dry. Start on the inside and then move to the outside to remove any remaining dampness, keep-ing to the temperatures shown in the table. Sterilize in cold phenol/phenoldeide-based products keeping carefully to the manufacturer’s

instructions or dry sterilize at 135° C or into autoclave at 120° C. The autoclave will cause garments to shrink by about 2%.
