I have received a replacement against the damaged item. But the issue does not get resolved there. Iwish to know further details.

What did you do with the collected sample? Are you examining the quality of the content? Was it anissue associated with one pack or was it a problem with the batch?

I wish Abbo Collect the sample from me and get it inspected thoroughly. If there are any problems, (ofcourse the snking smell is there) you HAVE to take the problemac batch back too. Many kids will beconsuming the product of the same batch. You need to take acon IMMEDIATELY. You cannot have"loose control' and delay the process. You need to have social responsibility too. If there is no "acveresponse" from you before 23/09/2013, I will raise the issue before consumer court and state drugscontrol board. The doctors who prescribe PediaSure also will be inmated.

Subject: Complaint - Suspected Adulteration - PediaSure




Hi

My children have been consuming PediaSure for more than 3 years.

Two days back I have purchased 1 Kg pack of PediaSure (Vanilla avour) from a MedPlus outlet inBangalore. { B.NO - 26197GJ, MFD-20/02/2013, EXP-14/08/2013, PKD-07/06/2013} Yesterday evening,when my child hesitated to drink, I took it lightly. Today morning she complained about the taste andrefused to have the drink again.Then we have checked the taste and smell of the drink and powder. The taste was dierent from theregular taste and the smell too was dierent. My daughter is so fond of PediaSure - But the currentpack is creang a problem.Do I need to doubt adulteraon? I have anyway reported to the group of paediatricians through mychild's personal physician. You may get an escalaon from them too.

I do not know what acon you are going to take - but I expect immediate acon from your team. If youhave representaves at Bangalore, they can even contact me directly.

Note: Your telephonic support is pathec. I could not reach the Drug Safety department aer making 7STD calls!!! I wonder how a globally reputed organizaon can such bad a support system!
