The company has over 7 lac retail broking accounts through its pan Indiover 6,200 outlets

Reliance been ranked as the top 5th broking house by Business Today in than the company is maintaining the position.

Reliance Securities provides services like trading in equity and derivative

management services, life insurance and general insurance, mutual funmanagement services.

Only 300 people assessed out of lakhs of customers which may make it dgeneralize it over the huge population.

Offices of top 5 broking firms in Jaipur namely ICICI Direct, Karvy, Angel

Securities and Reliance Securities were taken as universe.

Pilot study :- 50 customers 10 from each broking house interviewed to gunderstanding of the attributes required to assess before selecting a bro

Research Design :- Exploratory Research.

Sampling Technique :- Convenience Sampling.

Data Source :- Primary and collected through interview schedule.

Sample Size :- 300.

Tools and techniques :- Bar graphs, pie charts and percentages.

Findings

Reliance Securities scores least in technological soundness, infrastructuraeasement at availing services.

 Reliance Securities don’t have a single WMS client however they have 3 Management clients.

Majority of people know broking houses for trading services many of theaware of the fact that they provide other services too.

Customers trust in the company has weaken over the years that is one opeople don’t take other services except trading facility

Suggestions

Reliance should update the software so that the stop loss function problempeople find it easy to use.

Apart from the trading service they need to pitch in for other services thethe current fleet of customers which they are not doing.

Infrastructural facilities should be improved, once the 5 customers comes

don’t have a place to make them sit. 

 Proper advertisements are required to be done for the other services as m

don’t know what other services broking houses provides.
