Executive search Source executives and specialists suiting your specific requirements and corporate culture by mapping out the market and identifying individuals.

Selection (contingent) We will work with you to identify your needs; by creating a job specification (if required), agreeing core competencies for the role and plan a sourcing strategy. The candidates will be selected according to our process (see ‘Our Process’). All suitable candidates will have been assessed using our competency based interview before meeting you.

ABL global network With over 20 years of experience in this field, ABL has a vast, extended network of bi-lingual and diversely experienced candidates that we can reach and source on your behalf. This includes a large proportion of our candidates coming to us via referral and often exclusively.

Temporary For companies requiring candidates within a specific timeframe and for short term and fixed term assignments. We provide a variety of temporary candidates for all positions and again across a range of industry sectors.

•ABL communicates regularly with the candidate and client to ensure a smooth start and easy transition for the candidate in their new role. We offer a scaled rebate if the engagement is terminated either by client or candidate within the first 12 weeks of the start of the engagement.

OUR SERVICES We offer a contigent recruitment service to most of our clients; inceasingly we are asked to provide a retained service which we typically do for our more senior and International roles.
