Visa:

Visa for GIP, you should apply for the Business Visa. You must have a LETTER from AIESEC (Acceptance Note) and a Letter from the Company/Organization (Invitation Letter).

In Acceptance Note and Invitation letter, the word "Stipend" must not be mentioned, it should be called as "Subsistence Allowance" which means Allowance enough to cover survival costs. Besides, it should clearly be mentioned that costs over that would be incurred by the Intern and not by the Organization!
