More About us ENTP Types• We seek to understand the world that they live in – I live in a constant state of analysis and seek patterns in everything. This

include small things like testing my commute to work and large items like setting a strategy for our business.

• Constantly absorbing ideas and images – while I am very visual, I also seek to understand the meaning behind others ideas and assimilate them into my vision.

• Quick and accurate in the ability to size up a situation – I bring in new information as additive to the current set of thinking, which enables me to adjust my position as needed without a full reversal of the concept.

• Idea people – I am constantly thinking about where the patterns will lead us from a market perspective and often come up with concepts that seem extremely bold or unique to others. This happens because I make connections in the patterns more quickly than non-ENTP types.

• Less interested in making plans than generating possibilities – yes, but always within the framework and done with a larger strategic plan in mind.

• Love to talk through the ideas and enjoy the debate that ensues – healthy debate makes us all better, provided that it is done within an environment of trust and respect.

The kind of work that has your fingerprints all over it. The kind of work that you’d never compromise on. That you’d put your heart and soul into and that fulfills your spirit. The kind of work that makes a difference.

I want to do that work with my team.

Don’t join my team to play it safe. Don’t be afraid to take a risk, a leap, if you believe it. Let’s swim in the deep end together.
