KAD Air Conditioning, a Bin Dasmal Group Company,

specializes in Ducting and insulation. The Company is

ISO certified and was added to the portfolio of Bin

Dasmal Group in 2002 as a strategy to further contribute

to the impressive range of HVAC business activities of

the conglomerate.

KAD Air conditioning manufactures and supplies

ducting systems for both domestic and industrial air

conditioning systems. Made from high grade GI

(Galvanized Iron) sheets imported from Japan, South

Africa and India, the ducting is manufactured at the

company’s modern production plant in Dubai. The manu-

facturing process conforms to the highest international

standards and specifications.

Backed by its expert technical and marketing teams,

KAD Air conditioning is growing and recognized as one

of the most trusted names in ducting and insulation

services in the air conditioning industry of the UAE.

About Ducts

At the company’s primary manufacturing facility in Dubai

Investment Park in Jebel Ali, ducts are manufactured to

meet stringent HVAC and Industrial specifications and

standards such as; DW144/SMACNA/ASHRAE.

Generally there are three kinds of ducts available:

01 - Galvanized Iron Duct (GI Duct)

02 - Pre-Insulated Duct (PI Duct)

03 - Mild Steel Duct (MS Duct)

The qualities of the ducts are illustrated in the following points:

• All ducts are tailored to customer’s requirements.

• Ducts are available in various grades and thicknesses.

• All duct pieces have identification tags to ensure

correct and quick installation at site.

Pre-Insulated Ducts

Galvanized Iron Ducts

Under one roof, our clients will also have the choice of

Pre-insulated ducts. This is a more recent technology

and is becoming popular in the HVAC industry as it is

installed in a single fix. This eliminates the need for a

second fix, which saves significant time and cost. It is

made of rigid close cell polyisocyanurate board and

phenolic insulated panels faced by an aluminum foil on

both the sides.

Features: • Lower heat conductivity, higher thermal efficiency.

• Low density, light weight.

• Foamed with CFC free materials, environment -

protective.

• Hermetic seal ensures little air leakage.

• Aluminum foil reinforced on both sides.

• Corrosion protective.

• Foamed with closed-cell structure (water-proof and

sound-insulated).

• Rapid installation and convenient maintenance (cost-

saving)

• No protruding flange on the connections (save

plenty of building space).

Galvanized Iron Ducts are manufactured at our workshop

as per customer requirements. All the accessories such

as fittings, attachments, components, and other goods

are manufactured from finest grade of material and

cutting edge technology. Our quality controllers check

each and every detail on well defined quality parameters

to ensure non-combustion, mold resistant and leak proof

finishing in the final product. Competitively priced, the

offered range of ducting is also facilitated with sound

proofing and high degree insulation.

Features:• Hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets of lock-forming

quality are used for the manufacturing of standard

ducts.

• Ducts are also available in both, stainless steel and

Aluminum.

• In order to re-inforce, all straight ducts have beading

all along at a distance of 300 mm between them.

Duct Machinery

The quality of the GI ducts is ensured due to the CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery used to manufacture them. The machinery is of European and America origin, which included:

Insulation

Trocellen Thermal Insulation

KAD Air Conditioning is also the exclusive GCC distribu-

tor of Trocellen insulation, which is an Italian brand of

thermal insulation.

Trocellen is a closed cell, chemically cross – linked

polyolefin foam insulation and is mainly used as an

energy-efficient thermal insulation for air ducting, cold

water storage tanks and large diameter pipes.

• Closed cell construction, ensuring in achieving uniform

and consistence density.

• High Water Vapor Diffusion Coefficient, (µ > 65,000)

ensuring in the greater longevity.

• Facing of re-enforced aluminum of thickness up to 50

microns.

• No fibers, non toxic, formaldehyde and is odorless and

is safe in the event of fire.

• Mold, mildew and bacteria resistant.

• Very easy to install.

• Made in Italy / German.
