MANUFACTURING FACILITIESThe proprietary manufacturing department of TAKT LLC in Dnipropetrovsk is equipped with specialized equipment that enables manufacture of calibrated rolled metal products in accordance with applicable requirements of GOST 7417-75 and rolled metal products with special surface finish in accordance with applicable requirements of GOST 14955-77.

COLD DRAWINGCalibrated rolled products are manufactured with the use of blocks for cold drawing in the size range of Ø5-50 mm. The equipment allows to manufacture rolled products of the accuracy quality grade of h10, h11 and the quality of the surface finish of the group B. The blocks are designed for drawing from a bar to a bar, from a coil to a coil, and from a coil to a bar.The manufacturing department of TAKT LLC features two rotoblast lines for hot-rolled products that prepare the surface before drawing. The complex of the aligning equipment for flattening of a round profile includes two flattening polishers. For the purposes of manufacture of calibrated disks from a coil to a coil, cold-drawing blocks are used, which allow for manufacturing products with a range of Ø6-16 mm. For unwinding of rolled products from a coil to a bar, alignment-cutting automatic machines are used. A shape-straightening roller machine allows for straightening of round, hex, and square profiles, bands, and other non-standard profiles with the diameter of up to 50 mm.The annealing furnaces, which are installed at the place of production, provide for thermal treatment of rolled metal products in a coil form and rolled metal products in a bar form.The section of the finishing processing of rolled metal products is completed with the following equipment:- alignment-polishing equipment;- centerless-grinding equipment;- cutting and scarfing equipment (this type of equipment provides for bar trimming and chamfering at 30-60°).

SPECIAL FINISHING LINEFor the purposes of manufacture of bars with a special surface finish, TAKT LLC uses three lines of automatic centerless turning machines that allow to process bars within a range of Ø10-63 mm and uses a number of specialized equipment for the preparation of bars for pre-machining treatment. This equipment allows to manufacture bars with an accuracy quality grade of h10, h11, h12, and the quality of surface finish of groups D and E.Bars with special surface finish are used by machine-building enterprises for processing of rolled metal products with high-performance automatic machines as well as for cold forming with cold-forging equipment. The high accuracy and surface quality of bars can significantly reduce metal consumption in the course of its subsequent processing. Lack of rolling mill scale and surface defects increase the life of cutting tools and increase the duration of the operation of parts and machinery made from this metal.

WAREHOUSING COMPLEXESThe warehousing complex of TAKT LLC comprises two specially equipped sites with areas of over 4,700 m2 and 17,500 m2. The covered warehousing complex can ensure preservation of calibrated rolled products and rolled products with a special surface finish. In addition, the company has organized target storage of rolled products in cells, which allows for prompt loading of products and prevents their mixing.A wide and constantly updated assortment of steel at the warehouses of the enterprise includes more than 2,000 items of rolled metal products, which allows for a timely implementation of virtually any comprehensive order. Specialized loading areas, as well as convenient access roads and railway tracks to these areas, and crane facilities with a capacity of up to 20 tons ensure prompt loading and timely delivery of our products.

LABORATORYAND CERTIFICATIONTAKT Limited Liability Company passes annual certification audits for compliance of the quality management system that is used by the company with applicable requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 international standard in the area of manufacture and sale of metal products.In order to provide input control for supplied rolled metal products and to ensure high product quality, the company has established a Quality Management Service.In order to control the chemical composition of rolled metal products, a spark optical emission metal analyzer manufactured by ARUN Technology, which delivers high speed and accuracy of analysis of all the major iron-based alloys, is used. Furthermore, for the purposes of detection of longitudinal and transverse surface defects and subsurface defects, a DR. FOERSTER nondestructive testing line is used. In order to determine and to control the mechanical properties of rolled metal products, a number of instruments are used; in particular, a multifunctional stationary hardness tester is used to determine Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardness according to the classical method.For the purposes of operational measurement of the hardness of metals (without sampling), portable universal hardness testers are used that measure Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardness of metals by means of dynamic and contact-impedance methods. For the purposes of analysis of the macro- and the microstructure of metals, MIM-7 metallographic vertical microscopes and NEOPHOT 21 automatic structural analyzers are used; these devices analyze the macro- and the microstructure of metals in the bright and the dark fields, conduct a stereometric structural analysis both in reflected and transmitted light for compliance with the current regulatory documentation, and identify defects of the macro- and the microstructure of metals.

SERVICE AND LOGISTICSThe metal service center of TAKT LLC offers our customers a range of high-quality services in the field of processing and delivery of rolled metal products:THERMAL TREATMENTThe annealing furnaces, which are installed at the place of production, provide for various types of thermal treatment of rolled metal products in a coil form and rolled metal products in a bar form.CUTTING OF ROLLED METAL PRODUCTSHigh-performance Bomar and EVERISING machines, which are installed at our enterprise, allow for cutting of metal of different grades of steel (structural steel, tool steel, stainless steel etc.) in bars with a diameter of up to 650 mm. FLATTENING OF ROLLED METAL PRODUCTSAvailability of an alignment-cutting automatic machines allows for unwinding of rolled metal products in a coil form into bars of a given length in a range of sizes from 6 mm to 16 mm and the length of 2,000-12,000 mm.A shape-straightening roller machine allows for straightening of round profiles in the range of Ø10-50 mm, hex profiles in the range of 10-46 mm, and square profiles in the range of 9-40 mm with the length of 2,000-8,000 mm.Two sheet straightening and polishing machines allow for straightening of round profiles in the range of 10-40 mm and the length of 2,000-6,000 mm as well as in the range of 10-30 mm and the length of 2,000-6,500 mm.PACKAGINGThe enterprise is capable of treatment of bars with rust-inhibiting solutions and their packaging into inhibitory paper, which protects the bars from mechanical and chemical damage and ensures long-term preservation. LOGISTICSAvailability of an in-house fleet of vehicles with a load capacity from 3.5 tons to 20 tons, owned access railroad tracks, and a possibility to load metal products into containers enables a rapid delivery of the order by any form of transportation across Ukraine and anywhere in the world.
