Paramount Property Services has been in established in 2011 by Mark Seenarine and we have
been consistently growing since. In 2014 Mark has entered into a joint partnership with Artem
Katsaga, who assumed the title of President/Owner.
Artem has a wealth of experience in Property Services, Renovations, Construction, and Property
Maintenance. Artem gained significant knowledge of the condominium and commercial
property industries through working in security for over 8 years. Artem is currently, and for the past
4 years, the Vice President of Purple Hearts Security, which he helped grow into one of the
industry leaders. Through managing security in various locations Artem learned how security,
trades, cleaning and maintenance personnel are related and serve one common goal –
property operations.
Mark Seenarine is the Owner/Founder of Paramount Property Services. Mark has worked in the
maintenance department of the Oakdale Country Clubs for over 8 years, doing everything from
cleaning, to landscaping, to maintenance. Mark has also worked for 17 years at the Woodbine
Racetrack as the Security Manager. While at Woodbine, Mark was reassigned to be the Building
Operations manager where he managed security, wagering operations, the money room, food
and beverage and the Property Services Department. Mark is currently the President of Purple
Hearts Security, which he founded in 2009.
Taken together, Mark and Artem are posed to capitalize on the need for professional property
services as most buildings require Security Guards, Cleaners, Superintendents, Maintenance,
Plumbers, Renovations and more.
Paramount Property Services Inc. and Purple Hearts Security Inc. remain distinct and separate
entities, but together, there will be benefits in management costs, managing staff, and dual
functionality that clients will advantageously benefit from as we grow.
