ABOUT PUNJAB COMMERCE & MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (PCMA): The Punjab Commerce and Management Association (PCMA) works to create and sustain an environment conducive to growth and development of Commerce and Management education in the region, partnering academicians, practitioners and policy makers through advisory and consultative processed. Through the process of interaction, the PCMA network aims to obtain a better appreciation of the subject of entrepreneurship. PCMA is a non-government, non-profit organization, playing a pro-active role in India’s development process. CALL FOR PAPERS Original research papers and articles are invited in any

of the sessions and the accepted papers will be

presented at the conference by one of the authors. All

submitted papers will be peer reviewed and would be

accepted on the basis of quality, relevance and

originality. Different technical sessions will be held

covering diverse issues concerning different dimensions

of Business Management.

The delegates are requested to send abstracts of their

papers not exceeding 300 words, 12 point font size,

Times New Roman font type in MS-word with single line

spacing to the coordinator along with the name and

address of the author(s), contact no. and active e-mail

id latest by 15th October 2019. The complete research

papers should not exceed 3000 words. All tables must

be consecutively numbered using Arabic numerals with

appropriate titles. Footnotes should be listed

consecutively in the text with superscript Arabic

numerals on or before the due date, the soft copy of the

complete paper in the above mentioned format should

be submitted to Dr. B.B. Singla, Vice President, PCMA

paper online at pcmaregd@gmail.com and CC same to

conference@pimt.info. The softcopy of PPT must be

submitted two days before the conference and few

selected papers for the conference presentation will be

published in UGC Care Listed Journal, PIMT Journal of

Research at a nominal charge.

PRESENTATION IN ABSENTIA: It is an opportunity for those participants who for any reason are not able to be present in the conference but would like to contribute a paper. In this mode, only a certificate for paper presentation in Absentia will be issued, the decision of publication of the paper in conference proceedings will be based on the review process and is solely discretion of the organizers.

attached registration form. For multiple entries

Association’, Payable at Ludhiana along with

Registration Fee are as given below:

Late/spot registration is also permissible with late fee of

Rs.300/- only in addition to the regular fee. However,

in case of late/spot registration, only certificate for

participation will be issued. No paper for presentation

will be considered after the due date
