Reddin Assessments offers two reports that enable clients to forecast future performance and thereby reduce the risk involved in hiring new candidates for a managerial or sales position. The reports recommend the most suitable positions for candidates, indicating where they could eventually shine and be most effective.

TALENT PREDICTABILITY REPORT (TPR). Is typically used to assess candidates for coordinator, mid-management, and senior leadership positions.

SALES PREDICTABILITY REPORT (SPR). Is used to assess candidates who would be primarily responsible for selling a product or service.

Reddin Assessments offers two reports that enable clients to analyze an individual’s current situation and undertake targeted actions to improve their performance. These reports amount to an individual development plan applicable to people in managerial and sales positions.

TALENT COMPETITIVENESS REPORT (TCR). Is applicable to people striving to improve their performance and effectiveness. The report reveals how effectively that individual is managing relations, task execution, and group interaction within the organization.

SALES COMPETITIVENESS REPORT (SCR). Applies to sellers and is aimed at maximizing their competitiveness and effectiveness. We know sellers are more effective if they are able to influence others. This report enables sellers to improve their interpersonal relationships and sales ability, enhance their personal motivation, and further strive to uphold corporate responsibility.

ASSESSMENTS FOR SuSTAININg PEOPLE’ PERFORMANCE

Reddin Assessments offers two reports and software that allow clients to maintain a level of sustainable performance. Through our more than 4 decades of experience, we have identified the habits that enable a person to be effective in each situation.

EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP REPORT (ELR). Allows clients to obtain information about which leadership styles an individual currently employs and calls attention to any that are being using inappropriately. We recommend that this report be used once a year to identify the person’s leadership style and measure changes in their behavior.

ExECUTIVE RESULT DRIVER (ERD). People can shift course for the better if they know what they are doing. One of the keys to success is aligning individuals’ behavior with what is expected of them in their position. The ERD identifies more than 400 actions that accelerate, sustain, and hinder performance and compares them with those required for the position; gaps are identified so targeted actions can be taken to improve effectiveness. The ERD has been validated at the London School of Economics and is typically used with senior executives as a coaching tool.

THE EMERSON SUITE. Is a platform that enables leader/managers excel and build a high performing culture by improving accountability and team effectiveness.

HOW TO PURCHASE

REDDIN ASSESSMENTS

Clients may opt for an annual membership, which gives them access to a suite of diagnostic instruments for predicting, improving, and sustaining the performance level of their managers and sales personnel. They also acquire the knowledge needed to interpret and derive the maximum benefit from the tools and thereby incorporate a new work practice.

Some clients choose to purchase the instruments on an as-needed basis through pre-paid arrangements.
