and services in multiple Continents.

For Customers: To secure the success of NETLOG customers in the territory in which NETLOG offers its services.To provide solutions that will

increase the customers trade volumes, and to create them with competitive advantages.

For Humankind: To invest and create job opportunities in the region in which it provides services and to improve living conditions by contributing

to social activities.

For Employees: To establish a work ebvironment for its employees where they feel a part of the team and can find opportunities to develop their

Erdal KESRELİOĞLU

Executive

Board Member

Born in 1955 in Aydin, Kesrelioğlu

studied Electrics Engineering at Middle

East Technical University and has an

Executive MBA from University of

Pennsylvania, Worthon School of

Business. His first job was with Unilever

Company. After 18 years of production,

supply chain and sales experiences at

Unilever, He moved to Tat Group (Koc

Holding). He led the merger of Tat and

Duzey Groups with a market value of

1.1 Billion USD. Erdal Kesrelioğlu is

married and his spouse is Polish. Mr.

Kesrelioğlu is fluent in English and

Polish.

Gökalp ÇAK

Vice Chairman of the

Executive Board

Gokalp Çak was born in 1978,

Istanbul/Turkey. At age 13 he has left

home to attend a boarding school in

Switzerland, Institut Le Rosey. After 4

years of interraction with people from all

around the World, he has moved to

Boston, America to start his University

life in Boston University. Upon

graduating from college, Mr. Cak has

worked as an intern at Merill Lynch in

New York for six months. He was then

hired by ABX Logistics firm at Boston

International Airport where he initially

worked as night shift warehouse

manager at the air cargo consolidation

Hub. After 4 years of transport and

logistics experience in the US, he

moved to Lille, France to observe and

experience logistics in the European

markets. He moved back to Turkey in

2003 to start ICL and eventually Netlog

Logistics Group with his father. He

speaks English and French.

Şahap ÇAK

Chairman & CEO

NETLOG Logistics Group

Mr. Şahap Çak was born in 1954,

Tekirdag / Turkey. Has lived in his

home town until the age 13 when he

has decided to go study in the boarding

french high school in Istanbul called

Saint Benoit. He has started his early

work life working for a Jewish family

trading and selling Truck and Farm

Tractor Parts who were also his fathers

business partners. At the age of 19, he

took over the management of his

fathers gas station. It was in1978 when

he decided to enter into transport

market by buying 2 trucks. Since than

he has developed a very good image

for his name in the market. He has

acted as vice president of the

International Transporters' Association

for six years as well as taking

responsibilities in many other

formations. Mr.Çak is married with a

son, fluent in French and speaks

advanced level English.

Ataman YILDIZ

Executive

Board Member

Born in Merzifon in 1938, he attended

Haydarpasa High School and Istanbul

University, Faculty of Economics and

Business Administration. Mr. Yildiz has

worked as account specialist at the

Ministry of Finance between the years

of 1964-1974. He then served as the

Executive Vice President for the

Pensioners Department of the Turkish

Government (TC Emekli Sandigi). He

was also a member of "National Money

markets Committee" (Basbakanlik

Sermaye Piyasasi Kurulu Uyeligi).

Ataman Yildiz has been a member of

Netlog Executive Board since 2009.

FLEET MANAGEMENT

NETLOG realizes that its drivers play a vital role in the success of NETLOG as a service provider. For this reason NETLOG provides its drivers constant trainings on several courses. Each NETLOG driver receives up to 25 hours of training per year.

Driver Management

All NETLOG vehicles are equiped with

tracking devices to ensure tracibility,

control and quality service level. Every

single NETLOG vehicle is under 24/7

surveillance via one of the 3 tracking

systems it uses in its vehicles. The fleet

uses the GPS, GPRS or SMS services to

track its vehicles

Fleet Tracking Systems

There is a team dedicated for truck planning and follow up on

service times 24/7. On NETLOG owned fleets, NETLOG can

provide its customers with information pertaining to

routing and the shipment transit time log dated up to the

past three years. NETLOG uses the top transport

management systems in the market to run such a vast

FLEET MAINTENANCE

Netlog knows and uderstands the importance of a fine running vehicle. A

team of 64 mechanical engineers and technicians work in 3

maintanence sites of NETLOG with in Turkey. NETLOG maintanence

team can dismantle and reassamble a whole truck and trailer by its own

resources.

All of the +2.700 motor vehicles and non motorized equipment

within the NETLOG transport fleet is installed with an electronic

maintanence reminder or RFID’s which are actively controlled by

NETLOG ‘s SAP run vehicle maintanence system.

IT MANAGEMENT

NETLOG manages over 74 warehouses, uses over 950 barcode readers, uses hundreds of CCTV systems, manages +2.740 vehicles, loads 1.600

truckloads a day, handles over 740.000.000 boxes as well as 360.000.000 garments a year all of which requires a special loading way, temperature

level , delivery time, life cycle control and timing. This business requires thousand’s of IT Hardware to handle the work load which works in harmony

with the Information system used to manage these businesses. NETLOG operates a central harware control tower to make sure that NETLOG

never stops. NETLOG also runs 3 simultaniously running disaster /back up centers in different locations of Turkey.

IS MANAGEMENT

NETLOG uses the top brands in the world to manage its businesses.

A network of thousands of hardware all plug in to to the complex IS

systems designed by NETLOG and NETLOG subsidiaries. NETLOG

uses SAP /ERP to run its businesses. SAP Finance, Microsoft

Dynamics as well as many other softwares are integrated to the ERP

to manage the complex NETLOG solutions.

Information Systems NETLOG continuously works on its network safety and information

security procedures. NETLOG not only has to make sure that the

information is not breeched by outsiders but also needs to make sure

that the business will continue with out a stop incase of a fire in one of

its server rooms or virus attack. To ensure no such thing happens,

NETLOG manages 3 disaster sites in Turkey.
