Tools Freak is constantly working with the tools we need in our daily life. We purchase the tools, we use

them and we test them in our garage. Finally, we make reviews from our real-time experience. We have

covered firewood tools and equipment, welding tools and equipment, working safety gears, essential

woodworking tools, gardening tools, garage organizing tools and many more.

The Scholarship Amount is 1000$. (Actually, our original scholarship is $1000 dollar but we’ll give awards

more than a winner as a consolation prize)

Any student (part time/full time) can apply. All applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of

submission. Especially the guys do DIY projects, woodworking, welding, any kind of home renovation,

home improvement projects.

The GPA should be at least 2.5 and you need to provide valid proof of your student identity.

If you want to send any projects, send with the step by step pictures and proper descriptions. We are

Tools Freak and like to know which tools you have used. So, don’t forget to mention tools that you used

in your project(s).

How to Apply

Write an article on any of the topics “DIY projects, welding, woodworking, home renovation, home

improvement” between 500-1000 words.

Submit your application in *.docx format along with your short bio, Email, Name of your University,

Department/Course, session, GPA, Nationality, Address and recent passport size photograph.

Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Must major in mathematics, medical sciences, physical science, technology, science,

engineering, or natural resources.

Complete applications are reviewed by a minimum of three qualified reviewers who score each

application based upon factors such as academic performance (grade point average and

academic record), the student's personal essay (demonstrates character, commitment, goals),

strength of recommendation letters, and other activities the student has undertaken including

jobs, volunteer efforts, internships, extracurricular activities, hobbies, etc. Scored applications

and reviewer comments are then used by AISES staff and some funders to select scholarship

recipients.

Students cannot have more than one AISES academic scholarship in any one year.

$1,000 to $5,000 annually. Awards are renewable; however, renewals are neither automatic

nor guaranteed. Students who wish to renew their scholarship award must reapply the

following year. Scholarship aid may be used only for the payment of expenses that directly

relate to obtaining an accounting education (e.g.; tuition, fees, room and board, and/or books

and materials only). Scholarship payments are sent directly to the student's financial aid office

on behalf of the student at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters.

Eligibility

1. Must be a member of an underrepresented minority group in the accounting profession.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following minority groups: Black or African

American; Hispanic or Latino; Native American; Pacific Islander; or Asian American.

2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder).

3. Must be accepted into or enrolled in a public or private, not-for-profit (501(c)) four-year

college or university located in the U.S. states or territories for the full 2017-2018

academic year; the school's business program must be accredited by the AACSB and/or

ACBSP (exceptions may be granted but are not guaranteed). Undergraduate students

must have successfully completed 30 or more semester hours of college coursework,

ANNUAL SENIOR CARE SCHOLARSHIP ($1,000)

A Place for Mom is proud to offer our annual $1,000 scholarship to university students

interested in the fields of aging and gerontology. As North America’s largest senior living

referral service, we know the importance of supporting the training and education of our future

senior care leaders.

This scholarship will be awarded to a citizen or a Permanent Resident of the United States or

Canada (excluding Quebec) who is enrolled and currently taking classes at an accredited college

What does the Application Require?

An applicant’s first and second college choices and an intended course of study must be

provided. It further requests SAT/ACT scores, transcripts, class standing, financial statements

(including copies of parents’ tax returns), an essay, and two letters of recommendation.

Interviews may be required.

The deadline for application submission is February 28, 2019. Applicants are notified of their

The Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award

According to their website, “Each year From the Top’s Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award Program provides 20 outstanding young musicians who demonstrate financial need with a $10,000 scholarship to advance their artistic development and education. In addition, Jack Kent Cooke Young Artists perform on the hit NPR and PBS program, From the Top, and participate in arts leadership training to spread the power of classical music.”

Who is eligible for the Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award?

The selection committee is looking for “classical instrumentalists, vocalists, and composers who have not yet entered college and have an interest in performing on From the Top. You must be between the ages of 8–18 and a full-time elementary, middle, or high school student to apply. College students and those who have already graduated from high school may not apply.”

JEANNETTE RANKIN WOMEN’S SCHOLARSHIP

The Jeannette Rankin Women’s Scholarship is currently being offered by the Jeannette Rankin Foundation to women of age 35 or older. Since 1976, Jeannette Rankin Women’s Scholarship Fund has awarded more than three million in scholarships to more than 1000 women.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must fit the following criteria:
