Aim of the DofE Expedition Section• To inspire young people to develop initiative and a sense of adventure

and discovery, by planning, training for and completing an adventurous journey as part of a team.

• Yes – for your safety!

• Fully charged but switched off – only for emergencies

• In suitable waterproof bag – don’t rely on jacket pockets!
