About Us

Vesaro is a British Design and Manufacturing company with its Headquarters in the heart of Kent in England. From here

we Design, Engineer and Build some of the worlds most Advanced simulators. Our core product is the world’s only

commercial grade modular simulation system, offering versatility that has never been seen before. In addition to the

core Vesaro I modular system Vesaro design and build Flight, Helicopter Simulators and Formula body style F1

simulators, making Vesaro a complete solution for your entertainment and training needs.

The Vesaro facility is in the South East of England, approximately 1 hour from London. Over 14000 Square Feet of

space houses various areas of the business, including our paint shop, Warehouse, workshop, Parts storage, assembly

area, computer build area, offices and a 5500 SF showroom.

The Vesaro System

Our system is based around an ultra-strong hand crafted centre core that can be adapted from the core system up to

a full triple screen motion physics simulator. There are thousands of possible rig setups making the Vesaro system the

world’s first truly modular commercial grade simulator system.

Designed for PC, XBOX and PlayStation the Vesaro system offers a perfect mix of modular flexibility, beautiful stylish

This modular flexibility allows you to start with the core rig and expand the complexity of your setup as you need. The

system allows you to build a specific setup to suit your exacting needs, with the option to choose different steering

set-ups, 5 different motion options, an advanced Tactile Feedback System, THX 5.1 surround sound audio, single and

triple display and many more. With over 200 modules the Vesaro modular system is the only truly modular system

allowing complete control of your simulator requirements.

The central core rig is built with full motion capability in mind and therefore is designed to be super strong and rigid,

this approach allows you to start with a non-motion core rig and upgrade later.

A choice of professional Cobra seats for the ultimate in comfort and authenticity, with the ability to upgrade or change

Introduction to the Vesaro system

Breakdown of Features

The central core rig

The central core comes in a Black powder coat finish. The front half of the rig is a single welded frame creating an

ultra-strong and stable platform. The rear section also features a fully welded structure with multiple

strengthening braces providing a stable platform for the seat. By avoiding the use of several parts bolted together

potential weak points are eliminated. The two main sections are connected by only four bolts making the rig easy

to disassemble and store or move to a new location. With our design, we have no centre post which can obstruct

the drivers leg movement and create difficulty entering and exiting the rig, instead our design realistically

simulates the environment in which you would find yourself if driving a real race car. Built to commercial grade

construction the rig is designed to last. The ultimate in quality is achieved using laser cut steel and computer

controlled CNC bent tubing, each rig is then fabricated using ultra strong tig and mig welding. The finished rig is

then powder coated to the highest quality standards.

Cable Management and Storage

All our rigs come with cable management routing allowing you to hide your cables inside the tubular frame. In

addition, every rig comes with a storage unit to house and protect the electronic components.

Professional Cobra seats

A choice of professional Cobra seats for the ultimate in comfort and realism, giving you the ability to upgrade or

change or upgrade the seat to suit your needs. Seat choices include the Monaco Pro Bucket Racing Seat, the

Signature Club Pro, the Cobra Misano Reclining Racing Seat for a more refined experience or the Cobra Evolution

Pro & GT Bucket Racing Seats for complete racing authenticity. For information regarding other compatible Cobra

Modular design

The central core rig is built with full motion capability in

mind and therefore is designed to be super strong and

rigid, this approach allows you to start with a non-motion

core rig and upgrade later. Our system allows you to

scale your rig from casual simulator to a full motion triple

screen system without having to replace your initial

investment in the core rig.

Advanced adjustable system

The pedal plate can be easily adjusted backwards and forwards and up and down to accommodate a wide range

of driving styles and people. In addition, the seat can be easily adjusted using the quick release handle.

Multiple control support

Our system supports the most popular high end control sets including Logitech, Fanatec, Thrustmaster as well as

Vesaro Pro and V-Spec controls which utilise industry leading commercial grade components.

For all systems that include a Vesaro PC system every PC comes with remote

login assistance enabling our team of experts to remotely access your simulator

at anytime to help identify any issue.

Backup

In addition, all Vesaro simulators with a Vesaro PC include a full image

backup system allowing you to restore your PC to the day of delivery giving

you a quick and easy way to resolve any issue when time is of the essence.

VESARO I PRE-CONFIGURED SETUPS

The vesaro system is made up of a set of modules allowing configuration of thousands of combinations and

ultimately the perfect simulator for your needs, to get you started we have pre-configured several setups which

can be further configured using the "Configurator" feature on our website at www.vesaro.com.

Self Assembly - All modules order come in a kit form where the parts must be assembled using the provided

instruction guides.

TurnKey - We will fully assembly all included modules and handle the cable management of the electronic

components. We will fine tune all of the components and optimize to the Vesaro rig. We will setup and configure

the PC(if included) with all of the included electronics including installation of all drivers and setup with any

included games. The system will be ready to go out of the box and will only require the attachment of the display

screens(if included), plugging in of the power. A TurnKey system is provided in a custom built wooden crate to

ensure safe transit of the simulator.

FAQ – Got a question?

Does it work with PS3, XBOX, PS4 or XBOX One?

Consoles are supported for our static systems; a PC is required for any of our simulators that have a motion

system included in the configuration. In addition, consoles, do not support triple display from a single console.

You can select any system without motion and triple display and can then use with consoles. Consoles also have

limited controller support so only a few specific wheels’ support consoles. Visit the Vesaro I Gamer category for

pre-configured setups for consoles.

Can I fit any screen size for your triple display stand setup?

Our Triple Display Stand product features a unique slide and rotate mechanism which allows screen sizes from

27" to 50" to be used in triple formation, the mechanism allows perfect alignment of the outer screens with the

centre screen. If you want to use 55" tv's or particularly heavy or older TV's with the standard Triple Display Stand

product, then you must add the Triple Display Stand Plus Kit product which will add additional support arms to

allow the extra weight. We also offer the Triple Display Stand Oversize product which supports 55" and bigger.

Can I use a 65-inch display?

Yes, our product, the "Triple Display Stand Oversize" supports 65 inch displays in triple formation or our "Single

Display Stand" product supports it in single setup.

Can I adjust the pedal plate?

Yes, the pedal plate can be adjusted forwards and backwards using a quick release slider system and tilts up and

down to suit different pedal set angles and user preference.

Can the seat height be adjusted?

Yes, there are three height adjustments which also allow the seat to be tilted forwards or backwards using the

different bolt positions. We also offer a full recliner seat option, the Cobra Misano S.

Is the Simulator ready to go out of the box?

We offer two types of configuration, Self-Assembly or Pre-Assembled/Factory Assembled, Self-assembly comes in

a kit form with all the parts, cables, etc. in flat pack form requiring complete assembly of the simulator. Pre-

Assembled comes in a Plug and Play fully assembled format in a wooden shipping crate, you will only need to

attach the TV's and plug the Audio system and power in.

Can you ship it to me by Sea Freight to make it more affordable?

Yes, we can ship by sea, contact us for a quotation. Sea freight takes up to 4 weeks.

How many degrees of motion does your motion system offer?

We offer 5 different motion system options, the Vesaro Dual Motion 1.5 offers 2 Axis and all our other systems

offer 3 Axis motion. the systems that offer 3 Axis of movement include the Vesaro Tri Motion 1.5, Vesaro Quad

Motion 1.5, Vesaro Quad Motion V-Spec 3.0 and the Vesaro Quad Motion V-Spec 6.0.

Does the motion system use hydraulic fluid?

No, the motion technology is electronic providing an ultra-reliable zero maintenance product built to commercial

grade standard.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

Can you install the simulator at my home or business?

Yes, we can send our team of technicians to install the simulator onsite, we will even unpack the crate for you,

setup in the location of your choice and provide training on how to get the best from the system. (This service is

an additional option)

What is the Warranty?

Our Simulators come with a 10 Year Chassis warranty and 2 Year electronics warranty.

Do you offer remote PC login support?

If you have purchased a Vesaro PC with your system, we offer remote PC login support and can remotely connect

to identify and solve any possible issue that might occur.

I already have a TV; can I use this instead of buying yours?

Yes, this is the idea of our system, you can simply choose the parts you need. Some of our special edition

packages come as a complete solution, but most our systems can be customized to allow you to simply uncheck

the existing TV.

What kind of power does a Vesaro simulator need?

Our simulators run of a standard household plug socket. We can also provide our simulators in either 220V or

110V to suit your region.

Do your motion systems need to be bolted down?

No, our motion simulators are free standing and do not need to be bolted to the floor. However, if you want to

bolt them down this is possible with our hard mount kit.

I want to use on a cruise ship or Yacht, can I bolt the simulator down?

Yes, we provide a custom hard mount bracket system for our simulators allowing you to fix to the floor. Ordinarily

there is no need to bolt our simulators down but we understand that at sea the angles of the ship or boat can

change dramatically making it essential to bolt the simulator to the floor.

Can the simulator run fully automated for commercial applications?

Yes, we offer a fully automated software solution that will automatically reset after each go and allows a pre-

defined car, track and time per go.

Can I adjust the intensity of the simulators various systems to suit different users?

Yes, every system is adjustable, the 5.1 surround audio and tactile feedback can be adjusted or completed turned

off, the motion can be adjusted using simply sliders to make it as intense or subtle as you like and the software

can be tuned to suit different abilities.

Can you customise the cars and tracks?

Yes, we can provide full track and car customization allowing addition of custom branding on both.

Is it possible to move the simulator by hand?

Our non-motion systems can be easily moved by two people. Our larger motion systems we would recommend

using our mobility kit which includes trolleys and pneumatic jack system that allows 1 person to move our biggest

simulators safely and with very little effort.
