Four different control strategiescanbeselected,dependingonthesiteconfiguration:

1.Timer Rotation:AllcompressorsinthesystemwillberotatedperiodicallyinFILO(FirstIn,LastOut)mode.Therotationtimercanbeprogrammedbetween1and168hrsoronafixedtimeanddayoftheweek(P4,SX&XConly)

2.InEqual Running Hoursmode,theMetaCenterwillequalizetherunninghoursofallcompressors.Oneachrotation,thecompressorwiththeleastnumberofoperatinghoursbecomesthefirstcompressortoload,andthecompressorwithmostoperatinghoursbecomesthelastcompressortoload.

3.FIFO(FirstIn,FirstOut)controlmodecanbeusedforcontrolofreciprocatingcompressors.(P4only)

4.TheEnergy Controlmodeisrecommendedwhenevercompressorsofdifferentsizeand/ordifferentregulationtype(fixedspeed,variablespeedorvariabledisplacement)areavailable.Inthismode,theMetaCenterwilldynamicallyselectthecompressorstomatchairdemandascloselyaspossibleinordertoobtainoptimumefficiency!

Additional features offering increased flexibility:

Priority Settingsallowcompressorstorunasadesignatedleadcompressororback-upcompressor.Compressorsinthesameprioritygroup,willberotatedaccordingtotheselectedcontrolmode.

Real Time Clock & Table Technologyoffertheflexibilitytoautomaticallychangepressureband,changecompressorprioritiesandstart/stopcompressorsystematanytimethroughouttheweek.

TheSystem Pre-fillfunctionwillpreventallcompressorsfromstartingupafterthecompressedairsystemhasbeenshutdownforawhile.Inpre-fillmode,onlymanuallyorautomaticallyselectedcompressorswillpressurizethenetworkinagiventimeperiod.
