Inco-Veritas S.A. has been on the market since 1947. The joint-stock company consists of several production plants whichoperate in various trades and different markets.

One of the mentioned plants is Zakład ProdukcjiArtykułów Ściernych (Production Plant ofAbrasive Tools) located in MszanaDolna. Our plant came into being in 1955 and since 1967 it has been specializing in producing abrasive tools. At presentmoment we are one of the biggest abrasive producers in Poland. Our strong position in the market comes from a long termexperience gained from production of wide range of abrasive wheels,either of common use or specialist application.

All our products branded INCOFLEX are produced according to the norms of PN, EN and DIN. Our products are safe in usewhich was proved by obtaining a Polish mark of safety 'B' and German DSA. Since 1999 we have been working in qualitysystem consistent with ISO norm 9001:1996; and currently we are introducing system consistent with ISO norms 9001:2001and 14001:1998.We offer highquality synthetic resin adhesive abrasive tools aimed for surface and thorough processing of different materialssuch as steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metal as well as natural and artificial building materials such as concrete, brick, granite,marble, etc.

Identification (according to PN - ISO-525)Label colour

At the back side of every grinding wheel there is an identification number.The first two numbers indicate a month, the next number indicates the production year.

Coloured bands indicatethe maximum permitted

working speed

YOU SHOULD NOT:- Exceed the max. permitted working speed of the grinding wheelindicated on the label

- Use grinding wheels without or with illegible marking- Use too much power when installing it on components such as:spindle and mounting

- Grind using the side surface of the grinding wheel which is not to beused for such purposes

- Press the grinding wheel excessively when grinding

YOU SHOULD:- Use abrasive tools carefully, keep them in dry and heated placesnot longer than three years from the production date

- Use the right grinding wheels depending on the application- Inspect and ring-test the grinding wheel before installation on agrinder

- Be sure you know the safety precautions- Be sure that the grinding wheel is fitted for the given machine andcheck its:

- Dimensions- Maximum permitted working speed

- Install the grinding wheel carefully on the grinder following theinstruction of the grinder and the markings on the machine

- Use safety shields- Activate the grinder, both with a new as well as with a used grindingwheel, in the idle run for about 30 seconds before starting to work

- Use the grinder following its manual and markings on the grindingwheel

- Use only operational surfaces of the grinding wheel- Use safety clothes: work gloves, protective glasses and hearprotectors

Rotating speed of a grinder can not be higher than the maximumpermitted working speed indicated on the grinding wheel

It is advisable to use bothdeep-seated and reciprocating

movement when cutting.

Ensure that there is a constant contact surfaceof the grinding wheel with the material when cutting
