INTERNATIONAL LABOUR CONFERENCE Abrogation of Convention 15 ABROGATION OF THE MINIMUM AGE (TRIMMERS AND STOKERS) CONVENTION, 1921 (No. 15) The General Conference of the International Labour Organization, Having been convened at Geneva by the Governing Body of the International Labour Office, and having met in its 106th Session on 5 June 2017, and Following consideration of the proposal for the abrogation and withdrawal of several international labour Conventions under the seventh item on the agenda of the session, decides this fourteenth day of June of the year two thousand and seventeen to abrogate the Minimum Age (Trimmers and Stokers) Convention, 1921 (No. 15). The Director-General of the International Labour Office shall notify all Members of the International Labour Organization, as well as the Secretary- General of the United Nations, of this decision to abrogate the instrument. The English and French versions of the text of this decision are equally authoritative.

ABROGATION OF THE MINIMUM AGE (TRIMMERS AND STOKERS) CONVENTION, 1921 (No. 15)The General Conference of the International Labour Organization,

Having been convened at Geneva by the Governing Body of the International Labour Office, and having met in its 106th Session on 5 June 2017, and

Following consideration of the proposal for the abrogation and withdrawal of several international labour Conventions under the seventh item on the agenda of the session,

decides this fourteenth day of June of the year two thousand and seventeen to abrogate the Minimum Age (Trimmers and Stokers) Convention, 1921 (No. 15).

The Director-General of the International Labour Office shall notify all Members of the International Labour Organization, as well as the Secretary- General of the United Nations, of this decision to abrogate the instrument.
