Rehabilitation of missing teeth in aesthetic zone is quite difficult pertaining to the fact that it requires proper implant positioning, development of emergence profile and aesthetics. Sometimes horizontal bone deficiency on labial side of the ridge is found leading to either bone grafting during the implant placement or the implant is placed slightly in palatal angulation to prevent dehiscence. This angulation of the implant is later corrected with the use of stock angulated abutments or customized abutments during the prosthesis fabrication. This case report describes the successful rehabilitation of a patient with missing maxillary central incisor using dental implant with customized angulated abutment. Keywords: Dental implants, Incisor, Maxilla, UCLA abutment
