Keywords: Competence, Media learning and learning achievement The problems of this study are 1) Is there an increase in the influence of teacher competence on student achievement MI Ma'Arif Assa'adah Bungah Gresik partially? 2) Is there a computer study of media influence on the improvement of student achievement MI Ma'Arif Assa'dah Bungah Gresik partially? 3) Is there any influence of teacher competence and computer learning media simultaneously to increase student achievement MI Ma'Arif Assa'dah Bungah Gresik? The population in this study were students who joined in excellent class started the fifth grade level in MI Ma'Arif Assa'dah Bungah Gresik in the school year 2014/2015 a number of 64 people, with a sample size of 32 people. The results showed evidence-based hypothesis that partially known t value for the variable competence of teachers (X1) is greater than t table so that the partial variable significant effect of teacher competence, so the first hypothesis proved to be true. Based on the evidence known hypothesis that simultaneous t value for the variable of learning media computer (X2) is smaller than t table so that partial variable of learning media computer does not have a significant effect, so that the first hypothesis is not proven true. Based on hypothesis testing in mind that the value of F count> F table then Ho is rejected at significant levels liam percent mean together competencies of teachers and instructional media computer significantly affect student achievement on students' learning MI Ma'Arif Assa'dah Bungah Gresik
