Abstract
In the course of teaching and learning there is a concerns experienced in the
classroom, either by students or teachers. the purpose of this study was to find out
what concerns it and how to solve them. one of them is about how to make
teaching and learning activities it feels good. The method drawn from this study is
a literature which would take from several source books. The findings of these are
things that can be done to remove the concerns in the classroom. Recommend to
dispel concerns it is to make a good classroom management, especially by
teachers.

CLASS CONCERNS
A. Summary of The Topic
There are some things the problems that arise in the learning process,
especially the problem of classroom management, which is where it all into one of
its own concerns, which are:
1. Difficulties experienced in the use of time.
2. Creating a learning environment becomes more fun and not get bored.
3. Make the students become active, especially when studying group.
4. Concern about adequate teaching staff.
5. The limitations of use and learning.
6. Plan what to do in the classroom.
Four of the six were selected, of which each material is discussed by a
team, since the class was divided into four teams. after the results of their
discussions together.
B. Related Theories From Other Books
The first concern is about the use of time, both in learning activities or
activities of other teachers. certainly studied the activity of learning materials will
take time. a long time to learn depends on the type and material. A long time
studying also depends on the ability of students. If the learning material is
difficult, and students can’t , it can be presumed that the learning process will take
time, and vice versa. in a matter of time in the classroom teaching students just

follow the program of the teacher. Teachers must be able to divide between
teaching and other activities.
The second concern is that the challenge of learning be fun and not get
bored. So that the students do not feel bored in learning needed teachers who have
skills. because gurulah factors that affect the classroom situation.
Learning is a complex process and involves various aspects are
interrelated. therefore, to create a creative and fun learning necessary skills.
teaching skills is the competence propesional yng quite complex, as the integrity
of the various teacher competence completely and thoroughly. Turney (1973)
revealed 8 very instrumental teaching skills and determine the quality of learning,
namely:
1. Questioning skills.
2. Provide reinforcement.
3. Held variety.
4. Explain.
5. The opening and closing of learning.
6. Guide the discussion in small groups.
7. Manage classes.
8. Teach small groups.
The third concern is the involvement of the student in the group.
Thorndike proposed activity of students in learning with the law "law of exercise"
of that learning requires the exercise. when there are a lot of group learning
activities of students who are not actively involved due to several factors. so that
the students in small groups plays a constructive and productive manner:
1. The members of a self-conscious group became a member of the group.
2. Have a sense of responsibility to the group.
3. Each member of the group to build rapport.
And the fourth concern is about the availability of adequate teachers who
could make learning activities went well. becomes a problem if there is a figure in
the development of the class is not a good teacher, who is able to drive the
activities in the classroom. Students learn in school as a result of the learning

program teacher. Interested teachers to encourage students to actively learn.
Thus the teacher is obliged to seek and find learning problems faced by students.
C. Critical Analysis
Concerns class can be inflicted by a teacher who can not teach properly
and did not know what to do in the classroom. teachers who are not able to
manage the class should have to think again to teach.
D. Conclusion
Concerns about the situation in the classroom is diverse and can be solved
them about the difficulties in the use of time depends on whether or not the
students quickly capture lessons and a teacher can divide their time between
teaching and others. Pleasant learning situations rely heavily on teacher creativity.
And a student could be active in the group if he had the impression that he is part
of that group. and the last is the availability of determining the quality of teachers
in teaching the class itself.
