Abvent School License Application Guide Abvent, a publisher and distributor of cutting-edge software dedicated to the AEC industry, is committed to educating tomorrow’s professionals today. The goal of Abvent Education is to offer Academic Licenses to high schools and institutions of higher learning, offering its best architectural design software for free. Accredited institutions that offer relevant courses to full-time day students can apply for free Artlantis 2019 Educational network licenses by requesting a part-nership through the Abvent Education website.

1. Visit the Abvent Education Site to create an Abvent ID and login.
If you don’t have an Abvent ID, click “Create an Account”.

2. Click “Network license” in the upper right-hand corner of the page to apply for a school Educational license by filling out the form and choosing “teacher” as your school role.
Please enter your school’s full name.

Make sure the primary contact is your own name and phone number.
If it is not, please click “My account” to access the page on which you can edit your Abvent ID to update your personal information.

If your school is already in Abvent’s database, please contact [email protected] to get an Abvent Academic License Agreement. Submit a teacher license application by uploading the signed agreement to receive your school license under your account.

3. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with the Abvent Academic License Agreement. Please send the completed and signed agreement with the educational institution’s seal and your certificate of employment to [email protected].

4. Waiting for validation Once your request has been validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click “Get my licenses” to find your license under your account on the Education site.
