Operating Temp. -40° F to 176° F Range: (-40° C to +80° C)

Lincoln Part Number: 282270 (21 ft. cable) – For tanks up to 15’ tall282273 (50 ft. cable) – For tanks within a 15’ to 50’ height range282267 – Box of five 3V Lithium Ion 123 batteries

DP PRESSURE SENSOR / DATA LINK

The differential pressure sensor compares the pressure at the bottom of a petroleum tank to the actual atmospheric pressure at the site. Based on the specific gravity of the liquid, the sensor uses the data to calculate the height which is wirelessly transmitted by the sensor’s data link to the Lincoln DataGate. The level is eventually calculated by using the data and the inside dimensions of the tank.• Simple installation, high resolution and exceptional value• Only tank requirement is an available

2” bung opening at the top of the tank• Stainless steel and composite components construction

makes it suitable for indoor and outdoor tanks

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR

Power Requirement: 120V AC 60hz or 220V AC 50hzOperating Temperature Range: 14° F to 158° F (-10° C to 0° C)Enclosure: Powder-coated steel, NEMA 1

DATACENTERLincoln's DataCenter allows users to uniquely manage various sites and their product usage to control supply. This management promotes the most cost effective flow by ensuring tanks are filled only as needed. Users can access the Lincoln DataCenter at www.LincolnMonitorsTanks.com to monitor their tank information with their secure username and password.

Benefits of the DataCenter:

• Optimize your delivery schedules and inventory positions

• Maximize fluid loads, minimize delivery costs

• Eliminate run outs and ensure customers are receiving the best service possible

• Take needless trips and unpredictable load deliveries out of the equation

• Users also have the option of grouping sites by an individual’s region or area of responsibility via multi-level, password-protected areas to help with logistics organization

Lincoln’s DataCenter organizes and presents tank level data via a safe and secure internet portal. E-mail or fax notifications of tank level warnings that hit your configured set points automatically. As new software becomes available, it will be updated automatically on your equipment—protecting investments in current technology.

• 902-928 MHz or 433 MHz transceiver-based technology• Above-ground and underground storage tanks• Simple Installation• No trenching or disruption of operations• 128 bit end-to-end data encryption

AUTO LOW- AND HIGH-LEVEL SET POINTS NOTIFICATION• Product level set point alarms• Facility temperature set point alarms

WIRELESS TECHNOLOGYLincoln DataGates wirelessly collect tank data, such as volume and battery condition, from the sensor and data link transceiver installed at each tank. It stores and forwards the data in configurable intervals to the Lincoln DataCenter to display on Lincoln’s secure web site.

If a pre-determined set point is reached, the DataGate will transfer this data as soon as it is received to instantly notify the appropriate users.

• Easy application and integration with existing equipment greatly reduces installation cost

• Use with above- and below-ground tanks• Monitors tank levels venture-wide from

anywhere at any time through web access and e-mail/fax notification

• Enables accurate demand forecasting through concise historical data

• Improves operating efficiency by optimizing ordering/scheduling logistics and fluid delivery costs

• Organizes and presents tank level data via a secure web site

• Accessible from anywhere via the internet

Lincoln’s new wireless tank monitor system is a battery-powered, wireless transceiver that transmits tank level data, ambient temperature and other critical data at programmable intervals to the LFC DataGate. The DataGate stores and forwards data to Lincoln's web portal, the DataCenter and displays local tank information such as volume, temperature and battery condition.

The wireless system enables companies to monitor tank levels from remote locations. Multiple authorized users can now use scheduled, daily data retrieval to consolidate fluid deliveries. The historical data can then be used to forecast trends in fluid consumption.

Systems are customized to deliver tank level information to users at preferred time intervals. User access can be managed so information can be restricted if desired. Users are notified instantly when tank levels reach a pre-determined set point.

LINCOLN’S NEW WIRELESS LFC SYSTEM GREATLY REDUCES THE INSTALLATION COSTS TYPICALLY ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER TANK MONITOR SYSTEMS
