FAQ:

AC6V1.0-How to Setup Tenda App Step 1: Open a browser on your computer, input //tendawifi.com in the address bar, then press enter key on your keyboard, enter login password of router’s management interface, click “Login”.

Step 2: Click “Advanced Settings”, choose “Tenda App”.

Step 3: Enable Tenda App function, use mobile phone or pad to scan QR code to download management APP, and register by mobile phone number or E-mail.

Step 4: Login Tenda App in mobile phone client, and then manage Tenda router.

AC6V1.0-How to setup WiFi Schedule Step 1: Open a browser then type //tendawifi.com into the Address Bar and then press Enter. Typing login password in the homepage of router then click “Login”.

Step 2: Click “Wireless Settings”, choose “WiFi Schedule” and Setup WIFI Schedule.

1. Click on “Network Connection Icon” on the system bar, then click on “Open Network and Sharing Center”.

2. Click on “Change adapter settings”.

3. Right click on “Local Area Connection”, then choose the “Properties” option.

4. Double click on “Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)”.

5. Choose Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically and then click OK.

6 Also click on OK on the first Local Area Connection Properties window.

Notice：If you use the router for the first time, it will appear easy to use interface in the

process of you set WISP, you need to skip these interface, login to the Advanced Settings interface to set WISP. 1. Open a browser ,then type //tendawifi.com in the address bar, press Enter. And login

to the router interface, as follows：

3. Set the region or country, change router’s SSID and wireless password, set a login password, and the login password should be 5~32 characters. Click “Next”. Refer to the following setup steps:

4. “Setup completely, router is connecting the internet, please wait.” Wait about 10 seconds, it will come out an interface.

5. Typing the login password you set before. Click “Login” and turn to the setup page, reference is as bellow.

6. Entering the router's Settings interface，click ” Wireless Settings ”，click ” Wireless

Repeating ” as follows：

7. Enable “Wireless Repeating”，choose mode as “WISP”，select “Base Station

WiFi Name”, type password in “Base Station WiFi Password” , click “Save” to save all the settings. Refer to the following setup steps:

8. After click “Save”, please wait for router to reboot：

Notice：If it shows that IP conflict message after click "OK", just click "OK".

After reboot, connect router’s LAN1/LAN2/LAN3 ports, or reconnect wireless signal of the router, try if you can surf the internet. Login the setting interface of the router, can check the internet status, if the internet settings shows “Connected! You can surf the internet”, means setting successfully. You can check whether you can get connected.

NOTE：If you have other PC need to be get internet, please connect it to the one of the

LAN ports or the wireless signal of the router. With reference to the second step to change the local area connection to “Obtain IP address automatically”. There is no need to configure the router again.

AC6V1.0-How to setup WPS Function

Step 1: Open a browser on your computer, input tendawifi.com in address bar, then press enter key on your keyboard, enter login password of router’s management interface, click “Login”.

Step 2: Click “Wireless Settings”, choose “WPS”.

Step 3: Enable “WPS” function, choose WPS method that you need.

Note: If you have no idea about what is the internet connection type and the accounts please call your ISP for them. Part 1: Connect the devices

Connect the Ethernet cable with the WAN port of the router, and then connect your computer with one of the LAN ports by a cable.

1 Click on Network Connection Icon on the system bar, then click on Open Network and Sharing Center.

2 Click on Change adapter settings.

3 Right click on Local Area Connection, then choose the Properties option.

4 Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)

5 Choose Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically and then click OK.

6 Also click on OK on the first Local Connection Properties window.

Note：We need to skip the quick setup to go to advanced settings page to configure if your network connection mode is Static IP.

1.Open a browser then type //tendawifi.com in the address bar, press Enter. And go to the homepage of the router. Then click “Start”.

2. Click on Skip so that we can go to advance to setup the static IP connection mode.

3.Setup the wireless name and wireless password. You need to set a login password as well. Then click on Next.

Note: Wireless password should be at least 8 characters.

The Login password should be 5~32 characters.

4.Click on Internet Settings, select the connection type as Static IP. Then input the related network info that your ISP gives you. Click Save.

1. Click on Internet Status, if it shows Connected, means you can get internet. Enjoy it.

NOTE:

When the Connection Status Show Connecting, please try the steps as below. 1.Click System Settings→WAN settings, you will see a pop-up window.

2.In WAN Settings, please choose Clone MAC Address in the drop-menu. Then click Save.
